I used to say that I had no regrets in life, because EVERYTHING has lead me to where I am now💜.
At the same time, I can't help but think about where I'd be now if I had changed my dietary lifestyle ages ago. I could have saved so much money, and been healthier (and probably still have my #gallbladder !) if I had transitioned to #highraw all those years ago🌱. When I lived on my own at 25, my diet consisted of cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, lasagna for lunch and Sidekicks for dinner😷. I was poisoning my body with dairy, processed food, meat, sugar etc. .
My diet today isn't perfect, but it's a HUGE transformation if I compare it to my diet even from a few weeks ago. I'm constantly learning, and my aim is for our three little kiddos ( @babyfoodideas) to do a thousand times better than I have done💜💫.
So it appears I’ve grown a gallstone. The little guy, I’ll call him #mrannoying I’ll have to have it removed within the next 4-6 weeks or sooner. The list here is what I’ll have to avoid for the rest of my life. 😔. But the good news is, I finally know what’s been not making me feel good for the last 3-4 months.
