When I first started training properly the deadlift movement was on my programme and one day in @levelsstrengthandfitness I noticed 2 clients working for there 1RM, I remember looking at the bar and asking what weight is that and one of them told me it's 100kg and I remember saying "I will never be able to lift that" and that was probably to dumbest thing I said to myself because you should never ever tell yourself "you can't do something" or "you will never be able to do something" because your really just wasting your breath. That's why I'm reposting this video because the first lift is 150kg the second 160kg and although my form isn't good it's still way above what I thought "I could never do" so ask yourself is there something that you once told yourself omg I will never ?? That job you've always wanted? That girl/boy you have a huge crush on ? That place you always wanted to visit ? But you told yourself it will never happen ???

Introducing our New 'Ninja Saturdays' 9:30AM Morning sessions 🤺⠀
So the last couple of Months, we've been looking to see where we can make sure our members make their 3 main sessions across the week - and with people leading different lives, different hours at work etc. sometimes it's hard for some people.⠀
So Ninja Saturdays is a new Saturday Morning Metabolic Style Training session that serves a few purposes; ⠀
1: An extra workout for those that want to 💪🏻⠀
2: A chance to also make up for any missed sessions throughout the week⠀
3: A chance to bring the kids along to the workout too which kicked off brilliantly last Saturday *⠀
