AWOHL :Total Body, I Absolutely love this workout even though it was extremely long. It showed me I'm a lot stronger than I thought I was!

This week's body scan readings. I finished up my latest 30 days with the Gangsta AWOHL hybrid and am now in my transition week, where my focus will be yoga and stretching routines before heading into my next calendar.
Big Day Today! This morning I was able to do a handstand and hold for 10 seconds!! This is a goal of mine this year to do an unassisted hand stand. I'm almost there! 2nd I was able to do all the incline pushups in my AWOHL Total Body Workput!! Day 5/28!!
New to my work gym. I'm a bit shy there. I usually workout solo or with one friend only.

My trainers are trying to kill me! Doubling up with @sagikalevthebeast and @tonyshorton. The #GangstaAWOHL routine had me doing #AWeekofHardLabor Shoulders today. And guess what #FitnessFusion has on tomorrow's schedule? Yep Shoulders and Arms #P90X2 style. Hell I already had trouble washing my hair tonight!

Got home from work and did AWOHL: shoulders and arms. Now Marky was a sty on his eyelid. He woke up this morning and his eye was almost swollen shut. Tough times don't last, tough people do.

I was spent at the end of Bulk Arms then managed to get through AWOHL Core. Except for the Oblique Bucket drops. When I literally fell onto the floor and couldn't do anymore
