Long Run - Strava Training Plan called for 1 hr. 30 min. to 1 hr. 45 min. I can't just do that amount of time right now. I also don't know how I feel about running for time on long run days. So I did 6 miles as my long run today. Not a bad run overall, it was hot out and I didn't drink enough water. Was a little dehydrated which made it harder to run. Slow run towards the last half of the run. Hopefully I can keep building this long runs up and get faster.
