SOULED OUT is the cocktail I debuted @tales_of_the_cocktail for @azuniatequila sample room. Its my take of a classic negroni variation, highlighting Azunia's Black tequila, which is a 2 year extra aged Special Reserve Anejo. I used two French cordials from @combierusa : Aveze & Royal Combier to pay tribute to the French Quarter. Aveze brings in that bitter, herbal essence, providing the cocktail with so much depth; Royal Combier providing that elegant, smooth, sweetness. Also added a Piri Piri tincture to bring in that Cajun Spice of nawlins! Garnished with a dehydrated blood orange/ lemon / and thyme. This cocktail has so much heart & soul; boozy but so smooth. It's so my jam, I fall back in love with it every time I talk about it.

The Amazonian. 2oz Brugal Anejo Rum 1oz Fresh pineapple juice 1 oz Lime juice 1/2 oz Orgeat 1/2 oz passion fruit syrup Generous dash of Angostura bitters or tiki bitters Blend with 3 ice cubes and garnish it like crazy
