This was my first time trying Zottman curls out, pleased to say this is going to be a workout i will be incorporating into my lifts more often. In this movement you have a supinated grip on the way up and pronated grip as you lower the weight. The brachioradialis and brachialis are worked during the negative part of the movement, and your bicep is activated on the way up.

One of my favorite tricep supersets, skull crushers with a burnout of close grip press. As you increase the angle of the bench, the upper arms move closer to an overhead position which will help target the long head of the tricep. Burning out with a close grip press will help increase strength of your triceps.
Give this superset a try at the end of your next workout!
Decided to add in a seated dumbbell shoulder press into my workout today. I did 40 pound dumbbells for sets of 10-12 reps. Definitely enjoyed doing these as a alternative to a standing/seated barbell press or even a standing dumbbell press. Seated dumbbell press will emphasize the deltoids leading to rapid growth. -

❗️ADD HIP THRUSTS INTO YOUR LEG WORKOUTS❗️ Many guys will not add hip thrusts into their leg workouts because of the stereotypes made about it... this movement adds a lot of benefits to your workouts that you may not have had before.
Hip thrusts target all the main muscles in your legs, including your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. Your core is also engaged the entire time because it is a compound lift which requires your entire body to work systematically. -
