So no matter how many games you have learned and mastered learning and running a new game can be difficult. That can said for Unicornus Knights. A cooperative board game, we are loyal subjects of the princess trying to overthrow the evil empire. Bad news the princess has a death wish and will run straight into any and all battles on her path. Its our job to make sure she survives. We thought we could pick the game quickly but the number a rules to learn lead to a lot of mis-plays. We decided to halt the game take more time to learn the rules and tackle this on another day. We are definitely looking to add this game under our belts
On today’s taping of #GentlemanGeek good friend and director @brad.champagne joins me to deep dive on Bladerunner, the cyber punk genre in general and his award nominated short film Anamnesis! Stay tuned!
I think everyone knew it was going to be a bad show, but Inhumans hit an all-time low in ratings this week. Maybe they need more Lockjaw, everyone loves Lockjaw! What did you think, is the hate deserved?
"You might belong in Hufflepuff,
Where they are just and loyal,
Those patient Hufflepuffs are true
And unafraid of toil"
Where my HP fans at?! I love this photo of Critter in her #Hufflepuff suspenders and wrist bow! .

I really struggled with today’s #mabsdrawlloweenclub prompt of zombie. Years ago I used to do a page a day in altered books, I went through a stage of using zombies to represent everything from being tired 💤 to eating too much (swipe if you are interested in seeing a small selection, although some are more day of the dead 💀 than zombie. Keep swiping and you will also see a design I used to create a feltie (sadly I lost the actual feltie years ago) of my favourite zombie hunter, the ridiculously adorable, yet very manly Daryl Dixon) For this prompt I wanted to create a self-portrait of the zombie I become by the end of the week. I found it really hard to get engaged and instead started adding to a doodle on the opposite page. I pushed on and forced myself to finish the zombie, I am still a bit blah about it. I was also surprised 😮 by my representation of myself, apparently, I see myself as a librarian. The enlarged heart❣represents that I do really love 💕my job even if it turns me into a slobbering mess, which is symbolised by the brain in my hand 🤚
Throwback to @lankacomiccon 2017 - Liara T’soni from Mass Effect was there thanks to @bluebloodelf. Opula is a cosplay veteran. She was happy that the event had shifted to a larger, more comfortable location this time, and reiterated how cosplayers should be encouraged for their efforts if we are to keep seeing this art in Sri Lanka.
