It was one of those weeks without a weekend as our team worked hard to finish up at HandleBar Ranch and move forward with our other projects before the holidays. Our days may be getting shorter, but there is no shortness to the respect I have for our hardworking subs (and my team) as they put in those long hours and weekends to help make each one of these families’ home dreams come true. Pictured: more progress on Ohtama Ridge’s forms for the foundation and a little dusting of snow, of course! Happy Sunday night!
Today I met a new client at this split-level home in Manhasset Hills. This was our first time meeting in person after communicating through social media and by phone/text. I am very excited about the opportunity to potentially represent this client. Their goal is to purchase and renovate/expand a home in a very specific area to meet the needs of their young family. Working with buyers and sellers is an integral part of the work that I do on a daily basis. My background in construction allows me to quickly answer questions regarding feasibility and cost of renovations and improvements. If you’re looking to buy/sell or build/invest in Long Island, please give me the opportunity to show you how I make the process entirely seamless.
The Painters inaugural IG meet-up went off with a bang aboard the 24hr party cruise-liner, ‘Rock at Sea’. This is the beginning of a new tradition I think and already look forward to the next trip🍻😄👍🏼 Thank you to everyone involved, had a blast🚢🎸🍀 @referencemaleri @myskjemaleri @arneforsbergsmaleri #rockatsea#vikingline#partyboat#nextyear
Customer had an issue with organization and closet space at their front entrance. Our team built a separation wall, with beautiful shaker style doors. A custom closet and organizational unit was built to solve the problem. #closet#custom#eastgatecontracting#generalcontractor
