Thank you to everyone that has clicked fo follow me and keep an eye on what I do. Things have been a little crazy in my human life so haven’t been able to get out in my tail as much but starting from the new year I’ve decided to take every other weekend off so hopefully this will give me some extra time to do more in all aspects of my life. With 35 sleeps to Christmas, whatever happened last week let’s build on or forget. We’ve two weeks really until the Christmas 🎄parties really start to happen. So new week, new start. Plan your weekly meals, book in 3 to 4 workouts in your diary this week. When you’re feeling peckish drink water, ditch all treats until the weekend, finish eating at 8pm and don’t eat until at least 8am the next day, it gives your body time to digest and settle and will show you how hungry you really are. It’s a work from home day today and I’ve started early as I’ve loads to do. Very early run and boot camp and I’ve booked in for the 30 mins HiiT at lunch. It’s essential for me otherwise I just don’t move all day when Im engrossed in ticking all the things off on my work to do list, which is so bad for you.
