When I had knees that could lift, mashallah.
Remember when I said in my story and snap that I was getting better & that my knees didn't hurt for a while, well I guess I caught 3een/nazar/evil eye again, my knees been in pain for the past 3 days 🤕😒 I am not saying people do it intentionally but any one can give unintentionally evil eye, that's why whenever you see something say mashallah anyway!

Tommorrow I start my 13 week program focusing on weights, HIITS, and timed nutrition. Not going to lie I’m a little nervous, but when you have 100+ people doing it with you....things get a lot easier. SO right now I’m going to devour this calzone!!!!

Coming together for group events has so many benefits. As you listen to the speakers you hear something that really speaks to you. Yes #brutalfact moment "no one is going to do this for you" your goals can only be achieved by you.

Stocked up on my favourite chocolate protein, plus a few extras😏
I usually only have a protein shake every now and again if I need to up my intake for the day, and sometimes in my porridge. I got strawberry flavour too this time so I can make strawberry flavour soy yogurt, some protein flakes just to see what they’re about and the muesli and bottle were freebies😄
I’ve used Foodspring vegan protein for 2/3 years now, even when I was just veggie, and it’s honestly my favourite one I’ve ever tried out of any protein powder. I really hate that powdery weird taste you get with whey proteins🤢 This one is tasty and has minimal ingredients. Win🤓
