Lettuce taco wraps for dinner tonight. These have a mashed up avocado lining the spines of the lettuce leaves, a dab of avocado mayo on each, raw onion, cooked onion, with locally raised grass fed beef and cabbage with light carrot sauteed in cumin, chipotle powder, garlic, onion, and oregano. It's SO. GOOD.

Today we retested #16point3 and we were reminded that this was the first workout @samanthapod ever completed. She came in and took on the workout with an empty barbell. I’m so happy we managed to snap a picture. In #17point3 snatches came back and she was ready to go. I don't even know who I am right now! Just finished my second #workoutoftheday ! WHAAAAAAT.
I feel amazing and it's pretty motivating. 2 mile run with the hubs done for Week for day one of #c25k . I never thought I could jog for 5 straight minutes (I know, sad) let alone TWICE with an additional two-3 minute spans as well. Thanks @c25kfree! 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🔥💪🏽
One of my FAVORITE things about my husband and I is how much we motivate each other. In the past I was in relationships that were SO life SUCKING. They took everything out of me in negative ways. In my past relationships there was no motivation. No encouragement. No help. My exes didn't want to see me succeed nor succeed for themselves. No push. It was awful! We definitely weren't wanting to be our best!
Jacob and I CONSTANTLY motivate and encourage each other. In everything & it's so beautiful! We both encourage each other to want to be the strongest, best versions of ourselves (spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally) for ourselves and for EACH OTHER. It's been a new concept for me these last 19 months but I love it! (Gaaaah, he's so amazing 😍) . Our relationship is so LIFE GIVING .

It's important and absolutely amazing.
In my battle against fighting anxiety, something that has also helped get me this far, is my job as a coach. Having workout programs to follow consistently along with meal plans to help guide my nutrition has helped in ways I didn’t expect. Another thing is our fitness community and my customers. Through my journey as a coach I’ve met so many incredible women. Women I’m blessed to call friends. I know that I’m not alone.
In the midst of this current trial, that I know I’ll conquer our company launched an 80-Day program with a timed nutrition meal plan. The fear set in, the closer we got not going to lie. 😳 I thought no way I could do these intense workouts given where I am. Lies!!! It’s not about perfection it’s about becoming obsessed with being the best version of you. Some people think meal plans are too difficult to follow. They literally want to eat their cake too!! That was me!
I’m not worried about tomorrow. I’m focused on fighting through anxiety today, following my meal plan and crushing my workout to the best of my ability! “The hardest part is starting.” You’ll never know what you’re truly capable of until you take the first step. Don’t let fear stop you from even trying. ✨

Sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, irritating skin rashes?
This is all thanks to the release of a chemical in our body called Histamine! .
Sounds like a horrible thing right?
Well yes the symptoms are terrible but it’s actually your bodies way of protecting you! .
This histamine release after a particular trigger (food intolerance, allergy, pollen, dust, insect bite) is the immune systems way of fighting the allergen and creating a healing response. .
The trouble with this is, after long term exposure to a irritant, the body can begin to struggle with breaking down all this excess histamine and you will start to see chronic allergy symptoms appear. .
- Hay fever, hives, chronic sinus, food allergies, chronic inflammation, sore joints....just to name a few. .
So how do we reduce this build up of histamine?? You may need to follow a low histamine diet plan, consider food and environmental allergy testing or follow a personalised gut healing protocol. Each individual treatment will be different depending on the associated underlying causes so it is best to see a practitioner who can guide you in the right direction. .

I almost skipped the gym today... I was running errands and had the WORST headache. I was driving by the gym having that little debate in my head that you have with yourself.... I’ve definitely given in before and skipped, but I KNOW the BEST workouts are ALWAYS the ones you’re literally dreading. Needless to say, I had thee best workout I’ve had in a looonggg time 💪🏼 Who else has to remind themselves that the best workouts they’ve had, are the ones they were not feeling in the beginning?? Oh, and on the side note, today was a perfect example of why I think logging your food is so beneficial. I realized I had been really missing my daily potassium. I went and grabbed a banana after my workout and my headache is gone! 💚💪🏼
For me riding in the trees sometimes (almost always it seems 😳) means sled surgery 🤣. Chasing your goals isn’t all about the fun, but also about the hard work and dedication, right?! (although I really do like learning to work on my sled 🤘

Some days......big brother was sick, like, I had to clean up puke. Little brother is a turd, I mean he's 3, so of course he's a turd! And at the end of the day, I might be exhausted, I might feel like pulling my hair out, or crying, or whatever.
And.....as quickly as the frustration and exhaustion comes to mind, these littles come and love on me. Hugs and kisses and the best snuggles EVER!
And I think.....
➡I am so blessed to be given the opportunity to work from home. ➡I am so blessed to be able to be here when they need me most. ➡I have no boss to ask to ask for a day off to care for my babies.
➡I get to make a schedule that works for OUR family.
➡I am able to homeschool my boys, travel whenever, go on spontaneous lunches with my girlfriends that last all afternoon. ➡I get to do something that I absolutely LOVE, helping others get healthy and fall in love with fitness.
➡All while keeping my priorities exactly where I want and need them. ❤How could I think of my life as anything but blessed?❤

A little #tbt to where I started.
I know a lot of you have watched me start this intense 80 day program and thought ‘she’s crazy I could never do that.’ Yep, I know who you are because I was that girl who thought that walking down the hall was a serious cardio workout.
On the left before I started this journey and on the right is right when I found out I was pregnant.
The beauty of what I do is that I have programs for everyone. What if I told you that I have an offer that is the NETFLIX of fitness and nutrition?
