Sometimes it's all about the snacks!
I don't know about you but I often feel like I'm on continuous feed. I just enjoy food. And while I do love to bake and cook, on occasion there's a place for low/no effort munchies.
Here are a few that I enjoy as treats...
Quality Creations Pumpkin Sunflower Seed Butter:
If you're a pumpkin fan, you'll love this. It combines the earthiness of the sunflower butter with pumpkin pie spices. No refined sugar. This is lovely slathered on apples or by the spoonful to showcase its scrumminess.
Rise Protein Bars:
Delicious and only five ingredients which are highly recognizable. That's key!
Hu Chocolate + Justin's Maple Almond Butter:
It really IS the best almond butter. Justin admits it's his fav right on the label. These two are a marriage made in paleo snacking heaven.
Where have these been my whole life?? The texture is a bit chewy...reminiscent of gummy bears. And just the right amount of sweetness. I love popping these with cashews.
Go Raw Cookies:
Again keeping the ingredient list super short, recognizable and with no refined sugar. These are addicting though. You've been warned.
The key to all of these is to portion them out when snacking. If you're just using a spoon or dipping your hand in, you'll blow through so much more than you intend. Ask me how I know. ☺️ So good!
