Lost the 5lbs I gained on mini-vacation (carbs, obviously) and got this fun notification from #myfitnesspal the other day. Honestly, it's still surreal and I constantly find myself trying on clothes 1-2 sizes too big....guess it takes the mind some time to catch up wth the body. 😜 It's a huge change going from a size 16 to a size 6. I doubt I would've done this if I hadn't quit drinking, and more recently cutting out refined carbs and sugar have helped me reach the next level. Here's to the future (and maybe 5-10 more pounds). 😎💃🏻#weightloss#lifechanges#getitdone

I'm not a runner, I've never run in my entire life before the last 5 weeks; my pace is not great, I'm still working towards my goal of #5kin30min with #TwoRunsaWeek , I have a long way to go. This little reminder though, that my running app just sent me made me really happy and proud of my efforts. It's a challenge for me, but it is getting done!
Finally catching up on some important paperwork. I am so glad that @jorgejp39 and I figured out a system for slightly more "me time" during the week. As much as I love my family, sometimes this busy mama needs a break 🙌🏼
I don't wake up every morning super excited to get my workout done. I actually spend a lot of time trying to talk myself out of it✋🏼It's like I have an angel in workout clothes on my right shoulder 😇and the devil in pajamas on my left👹

It's my goals for ME, my challenge groups and those who struggle...I'm with you and you can do it👏🏼 I'm not trying to be a bikini 👙competitor! My goals are to be healthy. To be stronger mentally, not just physically. I want to push myself...challenge myself.
So every day I'm challenging myself to get my workout done. Challenging myself to eat a little bit better. YES! It helps that I have accountability groups👭 I have a team of people doing the same thing as me that I follow & that I keep in touch with daily. Even when my day is terrible, the one thing that makes me happy and keeps me going is knowing that I did something for me❤️✌🏼That makes me always feel good and worth it all!
I'm always accepting new challengers (9/25 new one starts...get in this one!) and I'm always welcoming new coaches on my team💙
