Throwbacking to Croatia from August this year. The climate was like a Swedish summers afternoon. A little breezy, yet warm. Inaugurated this pastel mint green skirt and this gorgeous knot blouse. The way beautifully made clothes can make you feel 🌿🌴 @zara @hm
Rock climbing at Zion National Park.
Day 4 of our DESERT ESCAPE. Early that day we studied the Muladhara Chakra (earth) and Manipura Chakra (fire). Then we went out into nature and explored the elements presence in our bodies.
Once we started climbing, the rock's energy allowed us to feel grounded. The adrenaline on our solar plexus & the ego wanting to climb to the top, was soon replaced by a sense of humbleness and deep presence.
Earth's Wisdom ~ ARISE ✨✨
Never has a flight felt more like a dream. I often ponder on flights, about our existence, about my life that has been and my future to come. But most of all I tap in to my 10 year old self who instead of swinging on a swing, used to lay my back down on it and just stared up at the sky. I was a dreamer as a child, and very deep in thought. Swings made me nauseous so I used the passtime to observe the formation of clouds, how the sun dispersed it's rays through, inbetween and under each set of fluffy cloud. I often think about how my long hair almost touched the gravel and that the more I arched my back on the swing the closer my hair would get to actually touching it. I loved how free I used to feel, like I was made out of air. These thoughts and existential questions fill my mind, until I get disrupted by the flight food.
