Amazing sunset from last week forgot to upload having a busy time at mo! Trying to shape up and look after myself a bit more....started kettlebells, a bit of yoga my usual Pilates, swimming vast amount of dog walking and just started having Accuputure. My treat for getting all this done is seasons 1-5 box set of Elementary why have I only just discovered it. Heeeeya team! I was not prepared and did not have any food readily available for dinner so I popped over to my favourite place and got the Superfuel Salad with tenderloins. It was good considering my options were quite limited!
Anyway time to cram in some study for my exam tomorrow evening (kill meh now) and TRY to go to sleep early for a 6am wake up.

The journey wasn't easy.. lalo na pag mahilig kang kumain tulad ko.. gaining weight was easy peasy but losing it was hard as hell.. but with the push and support of Mark.. i made it, though i know its still a long journey ahead.. i made it and i know i'll make it!
I wanted to do a workout of56 minutes. Too bad for me, the kids have vacation from school. They no longer allowed me to workout. Oh well, I just need to think: I just did something thats much better than nothing! So i'm taking a moment to be proud of myself! What about you? Did your workout go as planned?
