'God Remember'. Just one of those everyday slogans Iranians plaster on their buses; a protective shield against the countless road accidents in the country. Snapped along the road between Shiraz and Yazd in central Iran.
“The Day I Met That Oldest Miner At Gunung Ijen (Mount Ijen), East Java : INDONESIA” – My memories of our visit to Indonesia are unforgettable and very special, as they are very personal, made possible by the communications I had with the kind and gentle people we met. Besides the people, the country has so much more to offer, many yet to be exploited by mass tourism.
The breathtaking scenes from its many volcanoes, its crystal clear waters, dramatic mountain ranges, vast paddy fields, ancient ruins….I can go on and on. I reckon it will take us many trips back to the country to see all its highlights.
I have yet to sort out the hundreds of photographs taken during our visit, but for now, I will leave this “mini-series” I have created here of the country, and go “wandering” again (a little) on my IG gallery. As I often do, I shall close the series with some “behind-the-scene” images taken by my husband when I was busy capturing the joyous soul of That Oldest Miner I Met At Gunung Ijen…💕💕 #hannisze
