Yes, I am addicted to my fireplace and can't get enough of it because I am always chilly! No alarm morning and woke up at 0700, wow! Stayed in bed til 0830, wow! Finally got some motivation to finish my burpees for the week, yes, by the fire.🔥 #bringitinwithburpees week 2 done! That warmed me up well for a shorty recovery #sundayrunday in the big chill. Legs felt good though, considering yesterday's long run. And, then even better doing this👆and all the fireside stretching.🔥 Have a great  #sundayfunday 😉

This stretch targets the upper region of the trapezius and feels AMAZING! -
The trapezius (trap) is a large muscle that extends from the occipital bone at the base of your skull, down the back of the neck and attaches to the vertebrae of the thoracic spine, or middle of the back. - 
It’s function is to move and stabilize your shoulder blade. 
Because the upper region of the trap is located in the neck, it carries a lot of our daily stress. -

It can also become tight from activities such as -heavy weightlifting 🏋️‍♀️ -CrossFit 💪 -swimming 🏊‍♂️
