Guess who made it into the booklet of Ceremony & Devotion? 👀 Yours truly, and @veranskyv and @belena.kas! 🤘(And don't tell me you don't see it, it's clear as day! 🤣🤣🤣)
In December 2015, after casually listening to Ghost for about two years already, I intended to visit one show of them, just one. The result are 19 rituals so far... 😅 (would've been 20 already if they hadn't cancelled some festivals in 2016, but that's okay because now I hope to make my no. 20 a special one 😊) "Waiting in the rain, burning in the heat of the sun, travelling all over the world to see the show - many a time more than once..." Yes, Mr. Ghoul Writer, I definitely find myself in those words, and I'm ready to do it all over again! 💜 And it's not like I hadn't been following other bands around like crazy before, but somehow everything is different with Ghost, it's hard to describe how much they have turned my life upside down over the last two years... That's why it means so much to me to finally hold this album in my hands and to see those small, blurry pictures of myself and some of the people I met along the way and who have become my closest friends since then, in the booklet. Because everything that has happened in those two years, all the joy and the tears and the freezing and sweating and the stories and all the wonderful experiences are cumulated in this record and it's maybe one of the greatest pieces of memories I own.
Thank you @thebandghost, thank you Papa, thank you Ghouls, thank you Ghoul Writer! 💜
(...and sorry for getting all emotional again... 🤷♂️)
