Last week was a bit of a transition week for me after modifying my wellness plan with my Naturopathic Dr. Overcoming extreme fatigue, migraines, brain fog, and lethargy isn’t an easy ride, I tell ya! When you’re body just says STOP and digs its heels in, ya kinda have to listen (at least a little! 😆). But I feel like it’s working (slowly but surely) and I still have a positive attitude #winwin
Started the day off strong with some total body cardio! Not my fav but too bad - following the end-of-year fitness schedule I laid out for myself 👌🏻 .
Week 3/14 | Day 15/98
It's hump day... that's all I got.. oh and I didn't even really feel like lifting earlier but I put on my headphones 🎧 and just pumped it out.. sometimes we just gotta drop the excuse and make it happen!! 💪🏼💪🏼
I thought shopping at Costco was dangerous... well, tonight it was Walmart 🙈 BUT! I did get this new huge selfie mirror for my workout room!
Barely managed to get it my car but 🤷🏻♀️ I made it work! The things you do for your job 😂👏🏻 #coachlifeisthebestlife
Made my own peanut butter cups today :) All you need is unsweetened cocoa, sweetener and PB2. Each peanut butter cup comes out to 5.5 calories per piece and only 1/3 of a carb (say what?!) Also much cheaper than buying sugar free reeses 🤘🏼Add coconut oil into the chocolate for added fats for my keto folks 😄 Keep em cool though because they melt quickly! #keto#ketogenic#healthylifestyle#livefit#girlswhokickbox#pb2#peanutbuttercups

After not feeling so well yesterday, And admittedly not getting enough sleep last night, I feel pretty energized right now because I was able to getting up early and do my morning routine, which included getting in a workout #duh !
I initially thought it was supposed to be a stretch day but I guess I wasn't fully awake yet 😂because the schedule said strength! But I'm okay with that, I like lifting 💁🏻 30 mins and just like that, day 3/98 is done!

Getting together with these gals (minus our fab instructor) tomorrow night to plan out our next local event.
On one hand, I don't want to think about January yet (❄️🌬🌨☃️). On the other, we have soooo many good ideas to talk about, I'm pumped!! Or maybe I'm still feeding off the energy and excitement from September's event!! Either way, it's gonna be FUN! 😜
