SHOULDAAAA CIRCUIT ⭐️💪🏼🎥
i did this circuit at the end of my shoulder / arm day this week and LOVEEEED it. TRX bands have slowly become a favorite of mine to add into upper body days. SWIPE ➡️ and do these 4 exercises with no rest in between; 3-4 sets x 10 reps each and let me know how ya feel the next day 😈

In nur 1 Stunde trainiert ihr alle Muskelpartien, indem verschiedene Übungen aus dem #crossfit gemacht werden. Jede Übung wird dabei 1 Minute lang ausgeführt. Dann hat man 30 Sekunden Pause bis man die nächste Übung ausführt. Macht mega viel Spaß! Kommt vorbei 🤗

Have you been bullied and body shamed by others? I have. I remember this during high school, being called “thin mint”, “rail”, and told straight to my face that “No women is ever going to want to look like you. It’s gross.” 😒
I was a girl, just like many today, that struggles to look at herself in the mirror and see love. I never woke up one day and thought, “I am suddenly beautiful.” All I saw was exactly what those girls said. I never went out. I hid in the library. I wore layers of clothing, even in the summer. My unhappiness numbed any outside signals, I did endless amounts of cardio and long weight training sessions, just to keep my mind busy and away from what I looked and felt like. But, I wasn’t happy. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
First year of university, my anxiety was at its highest, and I knew I needed to change. Over the years, the support I was receiving was finally coming clear once I made the decision to change. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
So here I am, coming to the end of 2017, with a brand new year ahead. What do I see now? I see a strong, beautiful women who is yearning to make a change in the world when it comes to “self love”. I also see a real women. A women who no longer wants to change her body for social media and followers, just because she feels that is the only way to be accepted. We are all REAL women, whether that be tall, short, petite, or curvy. It doesn’t matter. I’ve been a tad mia in regards to sharing my fitness endeavors with you all, and I apologize for that. One of my main goals with my social media was to help educated and enhance other women to be open about their journeys, and well I just felt like I needed some space away from social media to re-brand and understand who I am to help you become who you are. •
As goes weight and the scale, ya I said the s word. 🤦🏼♀️ I have struggled with that number my entire life. I have never been a “weight” I am comfortable at, and now looking back holy shit I wish I weighed what I did in high school, but I don’t let it define me. I have looked my best 15 pounds over my high school weight, and I’ve looked my worst 6 pounds over it. I’ve been to 140 pounds and back to 103 IM NOT JOKING. •
So when I take a look at the age bracket of my followers and the people that I coach, it can be extremely difficult to gain trust, and comfort ability when I have not been through “that stage in life yet” I can agree. I don’t have kids, I am not going through menopause, I don’t live a sedentary life style working in corporate America. I get how I can come across as naive and in-experienced. •
But what I can tell you is I have been in the shoes of someone battling eating disorders, and recovering, being skinny and not putting on weight, and being over weight and not losing it, I’ve been on a stage, I went to school for this, and I have coached a lot of people in your shoes and found success. So don’t judge a youngster on “age” alone. If I am doing something that I have found success in, I can absolutely help you do the same. •
Don’t let your scale define you. Embrace the way feel and nothing else matters❤️

This is for all you girls out there, who do not want to lift weights in the gym, not because it doesn't interest you, but because you think it's going to make you bulky, big, like Arnold in a skirt. 😂
So here is a comparison of me, pictures taken on the very first day of my #gymlife Vs when I got on stage! (What a journey, phew!!). Did I get bulky and big in the process? NO. (Wish I were a little bigger though 😅 #hardgainer ) Both these pictures are at the same bodyweight, three years apart, BUT you can tell the difference in the muscularity and toned look. I would have put up a full length picture comparison, where the development of muscle in legs and glutes is quite evident, but the last thing I want right now is messages in my inbox with comments like "sexy legs" "what an ass" "hai" . 😶 #growupman#respectthehustlebro
Anyways, this is as muscular as I got, with consistent, heavy lifting in my program and well balanced nutrition. And I can not wait to put on more muscle. #grind#betternutrition#thisisjustthebeginning
So, moral of the story, try and incorporate heavy lifting in your routine peeps! Hours on the cardio machines isn't going to give you that "toned" "fit" look you want, nor will it get you any stronger. 🤷
