In my opinion, time and nutrition are the two biggest killers of progress. People don't want to wait for results and expect to see big changes Asap. Well this is 2 years of lifting progress for me, and I know where I started. This is huge for me. I am naturally built kind of small, but I have always considered myself big. I have worked so damn hard for these cuts and lines and slight hamstring, glute, and quad muscles. It took 2 years for me to see this progress and it hits home and I can say I am proud that I have gotten this far. Looking at my back and shoulder definition as well reaffirms that you can do it. Just take time out of the equation, don't focus on that. Focus on putting forth great effort everyday you possibly can and make sure to eat right. That truly is so key. Don't follow a diet they will hinder your willpower instead follow a healthy nutrition based balanced mix of foods. If the ingredient list is long, leave it. Spend most your time in produce area and eating lean meats. I still eat pizza, pasta, tacos, ice cream, I am just mindful of what and how much goes in. You have to enjoy this process but one thing I so suggest leaving out is alcohol. Alcohol is a no no, a little here and there but if you are drinking more than 2 nights a week my suggestion is to stop.
Also can we talk about how much I love my Ogio @1stphorm duffle? Seriously the best bag I've ever owned. Been cautious about using at the gym after someone stole my shaker cup, but I am going to use my luggage lock from now on.

I had people try to condescend me for being an ex heroin addict. Although it doesn't bother me, what if they did that to someone else? To label someone simply based off their past actions is ignorance. It clearly shows the intelligence level of these people, not to mention their character defects as women. In my mind, I pray for people like this. Internally they are going through something ugly that I know nothing about, so I pray for them to find inner peace. But the thought that someone else could have been brought to relapse over vindictive words? That's something that doesn't sit well with me. Take pride in who you are, after all I went through hell, looked into the flames and smiled. ☺️🔥 #mysupportsaremyreason

Weight does not say anything.. ✖️✖️ In the left picture I was around 92 kilo's (202 lbs) and in the right picture I am 72 kilo's (158 lbs). I lost 34 kilo's (74 lbs) pounds in the past.
While I am in the right picture more muscular.. So yes you do weigh more then.. I do struggle with the fact I think I weigh to much, but feeling healthy is what is important. Don't let the scale ruin your selfconfidence (also a note to myself). 💫
