This is not the first time I've gotten down to this weight. I was 54kg in 2013 after years of LCHF-dieting and intermediate fasting. I had lost 12kg but I was still very unhealthy, not because of the diet but because of my lazy office lifestyle. My body fat percentage was 33%(considered overweight) because I never did any kind of exercise and Dr's were telling me I had to make a change or it would become dangerous.
No one called me skinny, no one implied I should put back on some kgs, no one asked how tall I was, no one said anything about my appearance except that I looked great.
Now, when I weigh the same, but I look like this, I have muscle instead of fat, I get all kinds of bullshit thrown at me.
I train 5 hours a day, I eat more food than I ever have, I am strong, fit, healthy and extremely happy with the amazing things my body can do today. But also, I've got a butt that jiggles when I walk, thighs that flatten out like dough and rolls on my belly when I sit down. I am not in any way in danger of being underweight.
I finally have muscles and cardio, a body in great shape, but this seems to be a problem?
I guess it's ok to have success as long as it doesn't show, once it becomes too obvious the cheering changes to petty comments.
I am so strong and happy right now I would never ever go back to that "accepted" unhealthy, unhappy, insecure couch potato that I was 4 years ago.

Extremely disappointed to hear that the NPC has removed the 2-piece posing round from the Fitness category because of what it could mean for the future of the sport 😢Fitness competitors train and diet the same as any other class in bodybuilding so why should that not be showcased?! Sure the routine is an amazing part of what we get to do but the physique is just as important and it's so difficult to tell exactly what a person's physique looks like when they're flipping around on stage. Someone please tell me what is to gain by eliminating physique round? A show that's maybe 10 minutes shorter?? We do it at the Pro level so why not keep things consistent! #savefitness
