I get a lot of people asking me about my opinion on protein shakes and which brands to go for e.t.c...so here I have put together this which is my everyday home made protein shake/nutri-shake (which is also vegan).
🔹I 100% always prefer to make my own shake because I know exactly what goes in it and that every ingredient is completely good,healthy and actually beneficial.
🔸when it comes to buying protein shakes you should always check the label as they put tones of bad ingredients/ toxins that we don’t need along with the good. So not only does your body have to utilise all the good it has to detox everything you don’t need too. 🔹This is a cheap/affordable way to make you home protein shakes and it is actually really easy to do! 🔸side effects: it will give you loads of energy and boost most of your essential micro nutrients up. It will cause you to want to drink loads a day because it’s such a tasty healthy snack/drink. It will help sharpen up your thinking and if used as a meal replacement it will promote fat loss! 🔷The cocoa powder is only if you want chocolate flavour; You can switch up the flavour everyday you like by adding in different fruit: banana, strawberries apple....What eve you fancied. Too thicken up the shake I usually add oats.🔷
