So I've decided to make a load of NO BANANA smoothies 🍌 I actually love bananas but I've realised that too much ripe banana doesn't love me 😮 (& im not a fan of underripe banana, who is?!) 😝 I'm also always asked if I have any no banana smoothie recipes so I thought I'd make a few to help you guys out 😇 These smoothies are all low FODMAP, gluten free, dairy free & oh so yummy 😋 I'll link to the recipes in my bio - the post is a bit of a different one for me, showing you how to prep your smoothies in advance. Holy granola! 😍 My grain free granola is a beautiful blend of nuts and seeds that are wonderful indeed. I'm a total morning person, I wake up super positive and productive... until about 2pm that is 😴 Then I might as well be asleep! I like to think it's my gluten free granola that perks me up in the morning, but why not try it for yourself and see? 😝 Are you a morning person or a late afternoon bloomer?! I've had lots of people asking me for gluten free and low FODMAP breakfast options recently 🙌🏻 Peanut butter and fresh berries on toast is exactly that + delicious + instagramable 💜📷 It's one of those brekkies that is somehow super quick to put together but still beautiful 😍 I remember a good few years ago when I used to skip breakfast and end up eating my first meal of the day at lunchtime 😵 I can't believe I ever did that, breakfast is now my favourite meal of the day and it's so frickin important! 😇 It would be great for people to share their ultimate everyday breakfasts in the comments 🍳 just so others don't miss breakfast like I once used to!
Battenburg is a true classic. A cake that every generation knows about and loves 💜 I missed out on it for years so I finally baked my own gluten free version 🙌🏻 I've always worried about colouring cakes, I've tried to colour cakes in the past and they don't come out as I'd hope... but with a ton of food colouring this actually worked 🎉🎉🎉 I'm actually proud of this one so I'm gonna share the recipe - link in my bio 😇 Is there any cakes you think of as classic that you'd like me to bake... let me know 👸🏼
Rhubarb & strawberry crumble 🍓 It's honestly the dreamiest crumble combo 💜 I know we all love a good apple crumble (sadly low FODMAP means I can't eat apples anymore 😭🍏). My grandad used to grow rhubarb and brought us bags of it every week, sadly he isn't with us anymore but I know he would love what I've done with rhubarb here 👴🏻💜 You can use any crumble topping with this, I used a granola style topping here but whatever floats your boat 🚣I'll put my recipe link in my bio 🙌🏻 Have you any different fruits you'd put in a crumble? When me and Mark first started cooking together many, many moons ago our go to dinner was sweet and sour chicken and rice 😍 I haven't had it in years though since I realised that onion and too much sugar didn't agree with me (oh & of course the batter on the chicken) 🙁 However I recently put together my own recipe for gluten free AND low fodmap sweet and sour chicken (& the chicken is battered!) 🎉🙌🏻 it's so simple and satisfies my stomach so much without any pain 💜 I thought I'd share the recipe, link is in my bio. Cheesecake is like a best friend... I love it sooo much 😍 i recently made my first baked cheesecake (I usually make one that I just chill) but seriously... a baked cheesecake is amazing 🙌🏻 I think I prefer it 👸🏼 It reminds me of the cheesecakes I've enjoyed in the past in New York on holiday 😋😎 This one is lovely and lemony whilst of course being gluten free (& lactose free for Mark's lactose intolerance) 🙏🏻 Full recipe linked in my bio!
Now my brand new recipe for gluten free teriyaki chicken stir fry already has the seal of approval from our local DPD driver who came to the door and said that the smells coming from our house were making him hungry 😋 I should have given him a bowl of it for his journey! 😝 What's special about this recipe is that the sauce contains @crabbiesuk ginger beer, honestly the fiery ginger flavour really comes out, it tastes epic 🙌🏻 I've also made this recipe low FODMAP which isn't that common when it comes to this cuisine but it's a must for me 👸🏼 I'll link to the recipe in my bio 🙏🏻 How do you find eating this kinda food when GF & also of course when onions and garlic are out? Had a delicious gluten free lunch and The Gluten Free Cafe in Norwich today 😍 Of course the menu is fully gluten free but also most of it can be made dairy free too - Mark had a dairy free grilled cheese toastie 🙌🏻 & I had a delicious tuna mayo roll 😇 Honestly this is exactly what I want to eat when I go out for lunch. They also have a lovely little shop so I came away with plenty of delicious fresh @wheatfreebakerydirect bread 👌🏻 Do you have any cafes near you that are great for GF or even 100% gluten free like this one?!
Had the most amazing #glutenfree#vegan coconut pancakes at @osucoconuts in Camden today 🌴😍 Camden Market is starting to open up a bit more again since the awful fire a few months ago. So glad as it's one of my fave gluten free foodie spots in London 💜 These pancakes were made entirely from coconuts and you have try them! Where's your fave foodie place in London?
Yes my friends it is Roast Dinner season 😋 And now BISTO and Paxo have got on the gluten free train too to provide gluten free gravy and gluten free stuffing 😲‼️ Big shame for me is that they are not low FODMAP 😭 But still thought I would share anyway!

My gluten free stew and DUMPLINGS is the perfect dish for these chilly evenings 👌🏻 I haven't had dumplings in forever, so I decided to make gluten free dumplings 😋 They are super fluffy & can be put in any stew of your choice 😇 I cooked mine in my brand new @pressurekingpro which honestly is my favourite kitchen appliance at the moment. I love to eat at the beach in a nice café like this. Sunshine, sea salt in the air mixed with a nice breeze, just perfect!
