My local pub does gluten free chicken parmas 😍 this was called "a taste of asia" and had satay sauce, capsicum, shredded ham and melted cheese 🧀🤤 also was super excited about gluten free chips from a seperate deep fryer YAY •
I've finally found @freaksofnaturepuds puddings and I'm so so happy🎉🎉 I tried the zingy thingy (lemon posset with raspberry coulis) first and I loved it! It's the perfect size, not too big, which I love! Also the little pots they're in are great as you could reuse them, but if not, you can recycle! The lemon and raspberry go perfectly together, maybe a crunchy biscuit would be a nice extra? I've got the other two to try now - let's see which is my favorite! What's yours?

-Hervir los papines durante 10 minutos y luego llevarlos a horno fuerte hasta que se doren, con aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta y orégano.
- Saltear los espárragos con aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta, a fuego moderado, hasta que queden tiernos, no cocinarlos mucho porque no quedan tan ricos!
- Brócolis: los herví en agua durante 5 minutos, controlar que no se cocinen demasiado.
- Por último corté zanahorias en bastones, champiñones frescos y los rehogué juntos, con aceite de oliva, sal , pimienta y un toque de pimentón. Las zanahorias llevan más tiempo de cocción que las otras verduras, cocinarlas unos 15 o 20 minutos a fuego mínimo.
📍Cantidades: para 4 personas.
- 1 kg de papines.
- 3 zanahorias grandes.
- 7 champiñones grandes.
- 20 espárragos.
- 700g de brócoli.

I made these just before we left and the kids have been having them when they needed a nibble.
Came home from work and told my roomie I had no idea what to eat for dinner. An hour later & we're chowin downnnnn. I love baking from scratch. I love experimenting, trying new recipes, sharing my creations (and licking the spoon 😏). Sometimes though there is a time and a place for box mixes, particularly with gluten free baking which can be notoriously fickle. In this case, I was looking to bake something at a day care centre where I volunteer; these cookies were actually made by a young man with a developmental disorder so using a mix made life a lot easier.
🌾 Limited added ingredients. One thing I loathe is box mixes which say "just add 2 eggs, 200g butter, 100ml milk, 180g sugar, 3tsp frankincense and a dash of myhrr" (ok maybe I was kidding with the last two...), but seriously, those aren't cake mixes, those are boxes of flour 😑 this mix just needs oil and 1 egg 🌾Simple, quick and forgiving instructions

🌾 The general consensus was that these were slightly too sweet but still enjoyable
Value for money: 7/10
Some may consider £2.50 a lot of money for what is essentially flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. In my opinion, it isn't really that much so if you don't have ingredients to hand/aren't a confident baker/want to involve children/need something quick, this makes a damn good cookie 👍

Vas a necesitar: ✔️200 gr de Pre-mezcla #sintacc ✔️1 Cdita de polvo de hornear ✔️1 pizca de sal ✔️250 gr de azúcar
✔️1 y 1/2 cdita de extracto de vainilla ✔️4 huevos ✔️110 gr de Casancrem o Mendicrim ✔️110 gr de manteca derretida. •Batí el azúcar, los huevos, el extracto y el queso crema. •Agrégale la manteca derretida mientras batís, y después todos los secos y listo!🎉
•Dividí en 14 pirotines y cocina en el horno a 170grados hasta que introduzcas un palito y salga seco!
Para el Frosting: ✔️150 gr de manteca ✔️1 cda de crema de leche ✔️1 cdita de extracto de vainilla ✔️150 gr de azúcar impalpable. •Batí manteca, crema y esencia hasta ablandar, aprox 2'. •Agrega el azúcar y batí de 3 a 5' hasta que tengas un frosting ligero y espumoso! 🍦 #glutenfreeit •
Chicken and prawn substituted with courgette and carrot noodles. And just as tasty! .
2 litres chicken stock
300g boneless and skinless chicken thighs, chopped
300g raw king prawns
4 boiled eggs, peeled and halved
150g mushrooms, sliced
150g pak choi, shredded
1 sweet pepper, sliced
2 medium carrots, spiralized
1 courgette, spiralized
1 chilli, sliced
1 inch piece of ginger, grated
3 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp Chinese five spice
1 tsp coconut sugar .
Add the chicken stock to a pan and bring to the boil. Add the coconut sugar, Chinese five spice, fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, chilli and ginger and simmer for around 5 minutes to merge the flavours. Add the mushrooms, peppers and chicken thighs and simmer for a further 10 minutes (depending on size of chicken chunks) until cooked through. Add the king prawns and pak choi and cook for a further few minutes. Place a portion of spiralised courgette and carrot in a soup bowl then ladle some broth over the top. Add a halved boiled egg on top and serve!
Am I the only one who had no idea that @chipotlemexicangrill offers a yummy #tofu option??
