Post workout (and post long work day) hunger strike. Used @sietefoods (duh) for a simple grilled chicken wrap! I stopped by my local grocery store tonight and they had @chosenfoods avocado oil mayo on sale for $6, which is insane! I finally tried the black garlic and picked up another harissa which is my fav! Anyone else love these? They made me like to use mayo again.

Paleo, gluten free and gut friendly muffins made with Green Banana Flour. Yep, it's exactly what it sounds like, flour made from milled green bananas. Its lighter and fluffier than almond and coconut flour with a nutty and earthy flavour.
Green banana flour contains resistant starch which basically means it is resistant to digestion. So, instead of a spike in blood sugar and feeling ravenous in an hour, green banana flour is low GI, keeping you feeling fuller for longer.

Happy #meatlessmonday ! I celebrated with some homemade gluten- and dairy-free Ethiopian food: cold chickpea salad and #lowfodmap stewed potatoes and green beans in spicy tomato sauce.😍 I served it with Glutenfreeda's artisan flatbreads. I guess I could have made injera bread, but it is Monday after all! 😉 I'll post recipes tomorrow on my blog 👍
My idea of a perfect plate: clean, organic, colorful, full of phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, healthy fat, low glycemic carbs, protein, mostly plant based, quick, easy, simple, fuss-free, and delicious (and great for leftover salads). Wild omega-3 rich salmon on a bed of quinoa pilaf (onion, celery, carrot, sundried tomato, coconut milk, ginger, coriander) with coconut-oil sautéed kale, drizzled with an EVOO herb slurry. Yum-O.
