Cheese roll up! 😍 it's just velveeta shredded cheese on a Mission GF wrap. Put in pan on medium heat and let melt and then roll it up! Inspired by Taco Bell's cheese roll up cause I miss Taco Bell! But this is way better than theirs!! If you haven't tried these wraps, you definitely should! They are the best GF ones out there!

Lemon, Ginger and Basil Iced Tea for Detox
5 ginger coins
3/4 cup basil leaves, loosely packed
3 tbsp honey
9 cups boiling water
Cut the lemons in half and juice the lemons into a large pitcher, catching any seeds. Add the lemon halves into the pitcher, along with the ginger coins and basil. Pour boiling water into the pitcher and stir in the honey. Allow to steep until cool, and then remove the ginger, basil, and lemon halves. Serve with ice.

You guys are awesome. Thanks for the Recs on muffins. I ended up just experimenting with a blueberry one I found online and overhauled it with what I needed and what I had on hand... well... because I hate the grocery store and I had just been 😬. I found a basic blueberry with crumble top on @allrecipes and then made it gluten free and switched out the oil, types of sugar etc... Here's what I did..
Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
Combine 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour mix (I used bobs red mill), 3/4 cup organic cane or coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp pink salt, 2tsp baking powder. Melt 1/3 cup coconut oil and put into a 1 cup measuring cup. Add one egg and whisk. Then add coconut milk or whatever milk you use to fill it up to equal that 1 cup. Mix this with flour mixture. If it's too thick add a little bit more milk to give you the right consistency. Fold in 2 cups blueberries. Fresh are better, I only had frozen and it was fine. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
To Make Crumb Topping: Mix together 1/2 cup cane or coconut sugar, 1/3 cup gluten free flour mix, 1/4 cup butter cubed or sliced, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix with fork, and sprinkle over muffins before baking.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpick comes out clean. I have many picky eaters in the house and this one is a winner, right @annakatewright ?? .

Dinner tonight was a divine tofu and veg green curry (obligatory accompanying bowl of sticky rice not pictured) at Champor Champor, a Thai/Malay restaurant near London Bridge.
I was pleased to discover a good selection of gluten free options across all courses on the menu - and this curry is also one of their vegan dishes.
Perfectly cooked tofu was perched atop grilled aubergine, peppers, sweet potato and asparagus, and the sauce was thick and full of flavour. It had a bit of a spicy kick, but my sensitive stomach was fine with it. Paired with the rice, it was far more filling than it looks! Nb if you don't have room for dessert, finish off with the wonderfully fresh green mint tea - perfect.

Já conversei com a @schar_br e eles explicaram as limitações de produtos no nosso país e que os itens são trazidos aos poucos - avaliando adequação, posicionamento de mercado e aceitabilidade da população. Mas bem que eles poderiam comercializar croissant, wrap e essa massa folheada, não é? 😆
