Bowls everywhere I go🙃😋😌😝Obsessed w this place, u can add any topping you want to your bowl. Got red pepper hummus, regular hummus, red pepper and egg plant spread, pickled red onions, grilled chicken, mixed veggies, basmati brown rice, mixed greens, red cabbage, tomatoes + cucumber and 3 salsa dressing. #BuddhaBowl#GlutenFree#LoValgo#SuaveGold#NYCEats#LWMTravels
Meal prep meals done & ready for the week! Breakfast on the left- Ham & egg roll-ups! Cracked 6 eggs in a bowl, seasoned w/ s&p & garlic powder, then whisked altogether. In a skillet, I melted some butter & added the eggs. Scrambled the eggs for 3 minutes, & then I added shredded cheddar cheese, baby spinach, & chopped cherry tomatoes. Sprayed a casserole dish w/ cooking spray. On a plate I put 2 slices of Black Forest ham, little bit of the egg/veggie filling in the center of ham, & rolled it all up & placed in the casserole dish. Broiled for about 6 minutes til ham was crispy. Lunch on the right- Baked pesto chicken w/ rotini pasta! Heated oven to 400*. Seasoned chicken thighs w/ s&p, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, dried basil, onion powder, parsley flakes, & dried oregano. Added chicken thighs skin side down in a skillet w/ olive oil. Seared for a few minutes & flipped to the other side for a few more minutes. In another casserole dish I sprayed some cooking spray & transferred the chicken thighs to it. Rubbed pesto on chicken thighs. Then I spooned some marinara sauce over the chicken thighs & added shredded mozzarella cheese. Covered dish w/ foil & baked for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I took the foil off the dish & cooked uncovered for additional 10 minutes. While chicken was cooking, I boiled some water & added gf brown rice rotini pasta. Cooked for 8 minutes & drained the pasta. Added pasta back to pan & added leftover marinara sauce & pasta water to the pan. Heated through for a few minutes & seasoned w/ s&p, dried basil & oregano. Placed pasta in bowl & placed a chicken thigh on top. Nothing beats a stack of #glutenfree @osucoconuts pancakes at @camdenmarketldn 😍 Eating out can be a real pain in the butt with the long list of things I can't eat... but if you can't find something in London, it probably doesn't exist! How do you find eating out where you live? In my home town, most places have the odd gluten free option, but that's pretty much it 🤷🏼♀️ Plus, avoiding onion and garlic is an absolute nightmare wherever I find myself!
