I don't have much in the house except for leftover pizza and believe you me, I want to eat that, but my dairy free Challenge is still in full force!!

Quick, simple, delicious, and healthy! What about warm lunch? It's so hot outside, so I don't want to boil myself... 😂😂😂 These puffed rice breads with, avocado, red and green peppers, tofu, spring onion, fresh herbs and chillies, flaxseed oil and black pepper really make me happy now! 😉 Have a lovely day! 😘
Quick and easy breakfast today. 4 minute boiled eggs with lemon and black pepper grilled asparagus and vine cherry tomatoes. I sprayed these beauties with some avocado oil, a squeeze of lemon and some cracked black pepper and grilled for 7 minutes whilst the eggs were boiling. Healthy and nutritious and ready in less than 10 minutes.
