Obljuba dela dolg ... v našem zadnjem zapisu na blogu smo obljubili, da danes delimo krasen recept za domačo, vegansko lešnikovo kremo. Tisto, ki gre tako lepo na veganski in brezglutenski bananin kruh. Povezavo do recepta smo prilepili v naš bio.
Za krasen lešnikov preliv, ki bo stresel hlače še tako zagrizenim ljubiteljem Nutelle, potrebuješ:
1️⃣️2 skodelici praženih lešnikov (lešnike pražimo v pečici na 160C približno 15 minut. Lešnike nato vzamemo iz pečice, jih ohladimo na ohlajenim odstranimo kožo)
2️⃣️1 jušna žlica kakava v prahu
3️⃣️1-2 jušni žlici kokosovega sladkorja (oz po okusu lahko tudi več)
V blender najprej pretresemo lešnike in jih miksamo toliko časa, da dobimo gladko lešnikovo maslo. Nato dodamo sladilo, kakav v prahu in sol.
Enostavno, kratko in sladko. Naj bo začetek novega tedna še posebej sladek. 🌰

Cooking with Essential Oils.
Did you know that you can incorporate your doTERRA essential oils to your favorite recipes?
When cooking with essential oils you need be confident that what you are adding is 100% natural. Not all essential oils are made equal. And all though some of them say to be 100%, they are not! Read the labels. So 100% natural, but you can't put it topically or ingest??? hmmm. Guess not so natural after all.
That is why I decided to only use doTERRA, the company I trust.
When using doTERRA essential oils you know it's safe to ingest when the label has a supplement fact (this is required by the FDA).
* 14 oz can of San Marzano tomatoes
* 2 tbs olive oil
* 2 Garlic cloves, minced
* 1/4 c shredded carrots
* 2 bay leaves
* Freash basil spring
* 2 drops of Rosemary essential oil.
* Sea salt to taste
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, then add garlic and carrots and cook for two minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, basil, bay leaves. Simmer sauce for about 25-30mminutes until sauce thickens. Add Rosemary essential oil, and stir.

🔹MARINADE INJECTION FOR OCTOPUS
What You'll Need
4 1/2 pounds of octopus, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
3 1/2 ounces of water from the pressure cooker
3 1/2 ounces of good quality wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
2-3 cloves garlic minced
Ground Greek oregano (rigani) for garnish
