Working with #GlutenFree flour has proved to be a pain in the ass...But these sweet potato buns came out a little better than the first couple tries 🍞 Then again, nothing’s gross when it’s warmed up and slathered with a pound of butter... #amiright 😁☕️

Overnight oats in ma @peanutbutterco White Choc tub cuz ain't no peanut butter going to waste in this household 😌
I keep skipping breakfast, causing me to overdo it at lunch 😩 So, am trying my best to get back on track and prep as best as I can. To start, I threw this together in 5 mins and bam, breakfast done!
Here's how I made it:
~ 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk made w/ a tiny bit of protein powder to thicken up. Use whichever one suits your diet best.
~ 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
~ 1 Tsp Flaxseed Meal
~ 25g @pipandnut Maple Peanut Butter
~ 1 (generous 🙄) squeeze of @bulkpowders_uk Zero Maple Syrup
~ Handful of @waitrose frozen cherries
~ 1 @danone.es Soy Yoghurt
~ 1 Pack @quakeroatsuk GF Oats
Mix it all up in the empty jar, making sure the oats are all soaking and layered as you prefer (adding more toppings if you so please). Then leave them to chill TF out in the fridge and enjoy the next day! ⏲
There is also a huge benefit in eating overnight oats (aside from the time-saving). As the oats soak overnight, their starches break down which improves digestibility. The soaking acts like a long cooking, which you won’t get from just heating them in the microwave or in a saucepan. (You'll find that most people who suffer from digestive problems, find overnight oats much easier to stomach for this reason).
PLUS... It tastes like dessert and dessert for breakfast is a beautiful thing...so win/win 💁🏼

Keihan (鶏飯, lit. "chicken rice") is the most famous meal from Amami Oshima, the southern islands of Japan.
The main ingredients are chicken strips on a bed of plain rice. Over this, a mixture of thinly sliced omelet, ginger, green onion, shiitake mushrooms and dried seaweed is sprinkled. Chicken broth is then poured over until it submerges all the other ingredients to make the dish complete.
It is thought to have appeared on the island during the Edo Period (1603 – 1868) and today the meal is still widely enjoyed by Amami Oshima's people.
Mixed bean turkey chili - PERFECT for fall ⠀⠀⠀
Sauté one chopped yellow onion, 1 chopped bell pepper & 3 cloves minced garlic in a large drizzle of olive oil over medium heat until soft (2-3 minutes). Add in 1 lb lean ground turkey and your favorite spice blend. I like things spicy so I used chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cumin & sea salt. Break up the meat and let cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in:
1 28 oz can of crushed tomato
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can pinto beans (drained)
1 can corn (drained) ⠀⠀⠀
Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and walk away. I let everything simmer together for about an hour to allow the chili to thicken. ⠀⠀⠀
I topped mine with some fresh jalapeño and green onion but some shredded cheddar and avocado would be great additions as well. ⠀⠀⠀
This recipe serves 6-8. Don't make the mistake I did and make sure you store it in a container big enough to hold it all. I've gotta go clean chili off my kitchen counter ...

National Pasta Day!!! On pouvait pas choisir meilleure journée pour essayer la recette de @troisfoisparjour de pâtes sans gluten avec tapenade aux carottes. Mon verdict?! Bien bonne façon de venir à bout de mes vieilles carottes 🙈 pis c'est pas mal simple comme recette. À part la coriandre fraiche, tous les ingrédients sont de base donc déjà dans le garde-manger ou au frigo. Faites juste attention de bien choisir des noix et épices certifiées sans gluten, sur ce... bon app! 🍝
National Pasta Day! We could'nt have found a better day to try the gluten free pasta recipe with tapenade from @troisfoisparjour My verdict?! Perfect way to use those carrots which have been in the fridge a bit too long 🙈, really simple to boot. Other than the fresh cilantro, I had everything in the fridge or pantry already. Just be careful to source your nuts and spices certified Gluten Free. With that said… Buon Appetito!🍝

These are the BEST Veggie Tacos I have ever had (You need to try them!) Ingredients
3 small zucchini, sliced lengthwise
2 small yellow squash, sliced lengthwise
1 small eggplant, chopped
3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Pinch of cayenne
1 avocado, pitted
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges
8 Paleo tortillas
1. Place the zucchini, squash, and eggplant into a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and one teaspoon of salt. Add pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lime juice and a dash of salt. Set aside.
2. Heat the grill to medium-high. Place the zucchini, yellow squash, and eggplant onto the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until slightly softened but still crispy.
3. To assemble, top each tortilla with a few pieces of squash or eggplant and red onion. Spread the avocado mixture over the vegetables and garnish with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges. ============

Last Christmas my dad got me a @lindtuk advent calendar and the majority of chocolates had gluten in 😩But @hotelchocolat are SO good - everything easily marked so you make no mistakes. Better still, my Dad loves them which means I get to eat loads 🙌🏼
You guys, I seriously eat a variation of this bowl every other day. 🙈🌿 Not even joking, it's so easy and that's what my schedule calls for lately! Anything that I can meal prep days in advance works the best. 🙌🏻 This is a Spicy version of my normal Buddha Bowl with quinoa, chicken, jalapeños, @hopefoods Spicy Guacamole and Sriracha hummus, sweet potatoes, and green onions. 🌶 It is FABULOUS. 💕
