It honestly tasted as good as it looks! We chopped up apples and put a defrosted frozen berries mix in, mixed it around with a but if sugar! The pastry is the left overs from our lemon meringue pie we made the other night using @wheatfreebakerydirect and of course, it was delicious! I think the fruit pie looked really good, I love the colours!

Something that is naturally gluten free and in season at the moment is corn on the cob! You can get it locally so food miles low which is always good for the environment! And it also tastes amazing - I do smother it in a generous amount of butter!
Having recently gone gluten free and following the low fodmap diet as advised by my consultant I can honestly say I've never felt better! I've had the odd blip like eating gluten free apple pies and realising 30 minutes later whilst in horrendous pain that apples are on my banned list!! But all in all I'm doing ok and feel better than I have for the last 30 years! Any advice for some good gluten free bread that doesn't bounce when you drop it is gratefully received!!

I got the heathy harvest salad on spinach which has sweet potato, avocado, edamame, sundried tomato, mozzarella and quinoa. You can build your own salad with all the ingredients and dressing as everything is labeled with their allergens. I have yet to try their hot food or dessert offerings but they have many gf options. Great for lunches on busy office days
I've just tried this almond and ginger cookie from @cafeatnewbreweryarts and it was honestly amazing! They had separate tongs marked with red tape to make it very clear it was gluten free so no cross contamination! All cakes are covered and the staff are really knowledgeable, I will definitely be coming again! We're just about to go up and get some more to take away it's that good! They had at least 3 gluten free cake options which is great as well as meal options! If you're in Cirencester, definitely pop in!
I've finally found @freaksofnaturepuds puddings and I'm so so happy🎉🎉 I tried the zingy thingy (lemon posset with raspberry coulis) first and I loved it! It's the perfect size, not too big, which I love! Also the little pots they're in are great as you could reuse them, but if not, you can recycle! The lemon and raspberry go perfectly together, maybe a crunchy biscuit would be a nice extra? I've got the other two to try now - let's see which is my favorite! What's yours?

We made this lemon meringue pie for pudding the other night! We used @wheatfreebakerydirect pastry - which tasted delicious, lemon curd (we bought one and thought we would cheat but it all melted and just didn't work out too well but it did taste yum) and then made some meringue for the top. It tasted yum but the lemon curd was quite sweet so you could only have a small slice! The pastry was delicious and couldn't fault it in the slightest!
A lot of people seem to think fitness professionals don't eat bread. We do!🙋🏼 Well I probably eat enough to speak for at least three other fit pros anyway.😜😂 I can't digest gluten properly as I'm intolerant to it, but I bloody love a good slice of gluten-free toast.😋 My favourite is the @newburnbakehouse gluten-free sourdough bread from their Artisan range. I first tasted it when working with Newburn Bakehouse a few weeks ago and I've loved it ever since! This post isn't sponsored by the way - I just love it so much it has become a regular thing on my shopping list.👌🏼 This pic may not be the prettiest, but I thought you guys might appreciate an honest shot of what I had for lunch today. And yes, that is a dollop of butter you see on the edge of one of the slices of toast.👀 I don't have this for lunch every day. But today, I didn't get to have my eggs and veggies for breakfast as I had to rush out early for a physio appointment (so I had a snack bar and some nuts instead)...and I actually missed having eggs, so made this as soon as I got home.😊 No, I don't eat toast every day. In fact some weeks will go by when I don't even fancy it.🤷🏼♀️ But it definitely features in my diet fairly regularly.
You see, contrary to popular belief, bread is not the devil.✖️ Cutting out bread will not guarantee you weight loss.✖️ If you want weight loss then it's important to take a look at the overall amount of calories you eat...not just focus all of your hatred on bread.🤔

Yesterday I was out and about for lunch so I went into @costacoffee and bought the gluten free sandwich, along with the gluten free brownie and this packet of @tyrrellsofficial lightly sea salted crisps. I haven't had them in ages and had forgotten how good they are! So filling and so yummy and they're labeled gluten free! Perfect for an on the go snack that's not messy! I had completely forgotten how yummy they were, I'll definitely be getting them again!
After 6 years, this one was discharged from the eye hospital this morning!! Countless appointments and hours upon hours wearing an eye patch are all now behind her! Am so proud of how she dealt with it all! Time to celebrate 🎉 #soproud#endofanera#kidsinglasses#kidsglasses
Dinner tonight from @chicagoribshack in Stratford Westfield - guess which one's mine? As unfortunately they didn't have any #glutenfree buns in stock! Really annoying 😠 but the menu is marked up with everything gf including the fries and it was still really good without the bun!
