I remember when I took this photo we were walking back from a nearby waterfall near El Chalten. I remember having great conversations with my family and on the way back we decided to stay quiet and just listen to everything happening around us.
During that walk I looked back and had this view of the river and sunset happening. Suddenly I had this warthm flow through my body that made me feel cozy and happy. Even today, when I see this photo, I can hear the river flowing, the sound of the wind moving the plants and the golden light painting that mountain and feel that warmth one more time.
I hope everyone has an amazing weekend! 😊

I always give myself some time to put the camera down and truly soak in the place I am visiting. It is a way to take something away just for myself.
In this case @sebasmaclean took this of me appreciating this massive glacier at the end of Laguna Torre.
Laguna Esmeralda is one of the most popular places to see in Ushuaia and you can clearly see why.
There are a lot of people in the trail but once we got there we managed to cross the river and walked along the lagoon to the other edge where we had lunch and chilled while we enjoyed the views all to ourselves.
Even if a place is crowded, go find ways to have it all to yourself even if it's just for a little bit.
06/11/17: We swam in the lake that morning. I was gonna bring out my camera in the water (holding it just above the surface) to take photos of a local passing by on his raft, but my friend told me to just enjoy the moment. And so i did. It was an awesome morning for sure, but I still felt like I missed out on a shot... When we got back to our hut, i spotted this scene through a narrow gap from our place. I quickly got out my camera to take a snap, and all of a sudden, everything seemed to fall into place.
"Tidal Falls" =========================
I noticed this frothy tidepool pouring into the ocean and new I had to try and capture it. The thing was the waves were quite large, in fact the whole reason this tidepool was here was the waves crashing up against the rocks were shooting a good 10-15ft into the air. Shooting at 14mm I had to stand right at the edge, and getting sprayed would mean the end for all my camera gear. I decided the best option would be to run into position between waves, get my settings dialed (tripods legs length and camera exposure/focus), and then run back and forth between waves until I was happy. I walked away with a working camera and a few awesome compositions! I'll share a few more from this sunset later in the week, hope you enjoy!
Have you ever seen these little fellas before? They were everywhere at the European Christmas Markets. They are little smokers - where the mouth lets out the smoke from the incense lit inside their bellies 🙀 💨 Don’t worry - I scored two of these for the next holiday season!
Testing the waters out on Cody Peak yesterday. Always a first nerve racking drop! The snow behaved and got to get into some type 3 fun with a great crew! #wyoming#jacksonhole#earnyourturns#weareventure
