An oldie but a goodie: @cappellos paleo gnocchi with cashew pesto, mushrooms, and @bilinskisausage chicken sausage. 🌿 My mom came over for dinner and I decided to make this last minute. Looks and sounds fancy, but literally takes minutes to throw together. And if you haven't tried this gnocchi or the other @cappellos paleo pastas & cookie dough...do it. So freakin' good and doesn't leave you with that bloated-just-ate-a-pound-of-pasta (even though I did 😂) feeling. Recipe is on the blog, just search for Gnocchi with Cashew Pesto in the archives!

Ahhhh @lukeneworleans how I've missed you! Happy hours in New Orleans are honestly the best 😌 Along side this delicious ricotta gnocchi that is sitting in a stewed creole tomato sauce, sweet green peas and a fava bean pesto we also had crispy Brussel sprouts and some oysters!! The happy hour drink selection is nice as well, I always get the French 75! It's nice and frothy because they do theirs with egg white! Makes the texture that much silkier. .
