Just BREATHE ✌🏼 when we were hiking in Utah, Lief was having problems with congestion. It was not ideal to be congested as at times we were hiking in an altitude of 8,000+ 😳 He carried his oil around with him and it was a lifesaver.
Arrived at Goblin Valley State Park and it was so hot that it felt like we were standing on the surface of the sun. We opted to take ourselves on a driving tour instead 😎 Here is a view of Wild Horse Butte on our way out.
Spent last week driving hundreds of miles, hiking dozens of miles, and taking more pictures than I know what to do with. Utah's National Parks are some of the most awe inspiring places I've ever been to and I'm going to make no attempt to sum up the road trip experience. Instead, here's a single photo with the ever wonderful @centeredinthesaddle in which we attempted to take our sunglasses off.
Late summer weekend trip across Capital Reef and the San Rafael Swell, with some glamorous van camping under the hoodoos outside Goblin Valley. Muddy washes on the back roads and wild flowers blooming after a couple days of heavy rains. #utah#capitalreef#goblinvalley#sprintervan
My handsome guy had an eventful weekend. Let's just say, I'm glad he's alive and I'm never letting him out of my sight again 😂 Jk. Mostly. I'm seriously grateful for this intelligent, hard working, adventurous man. I love him a whole lot 💛💛💛
Goblin Valley State Park last night from my CamRanger. These have not been processed yet and are images sent to my iPhone from my CamRanger to my phone. Can't wait to see what they look like when I get home. #utah#goblinvalley#nikond810#camranger
You guys....I did it again. I fell for Yelp's raving reviews at a sketchy taco shop in the middle of nowhere in Utah 🌮😳 DigestZen saved us in what otherwise would've been an unpleasant turn of events on our vacation. 🌵🤢➡️💧➡️😀 I'm constantly being reminded of how grateful I am to have these oils in my life.
#tbt to that time @ameliannemary and I slept in the desert while goblins whistled over empty beer bottles. 🏜✨Definitely want to start doing more long exposure / night time photography! What do you guys think?
