We love infused water 😍 using our inexpensive and attractive #blu_Infusion_Bottle . 😁
Did you know what exactly the Health Benefits of Infused Waters. 😊
The truth is that the main health benefit of infused waters is HYDRATION. While you do gain some nutrition from each infused fruit, 🍎🍋🍊 you do not ingest the same fiber, nutrients, and vitamins as you would when blending fruits/veggies and drinking them.
We can bring it anywhere we want! #workPlace#Travelling#GoForARide#GoForAWalk on the spot we can make our very own infused water. Very satisfying! 💯
& very easy to clean.

About a year and a half ago I went on a somewhat random trip to Switzerland, to visit and maybe stay at a Franciscan community. The driving reason was an aching question of where I'm supposed to be. I get in these places with God, to where I feel I have no place. In those times I feel it's time to go for a walk, and just try to be in a place of listening.
The place is a medieval town called Rapperswil, near Zurich. It felt quiet and a bit empty to me. In exploring, I found the community got to have tea with one friar. We talked about vocations, and me just wanting to use what I have and am to serve the Lord, but feeling caught up in feeling like I'm chasing the wind. I feel it can be a lonely road, but The friar encouraged me by just sharing his story, in how he uses his journalism background to connect various church communities with stories of what is going on. Being in community, they cheer each other on and see the various abilities as something to celebrate, and not see as competition. I didn't walk away with an "ah ha" moment, or as though I found my place, but I did come to see myself as being usable to God, and to keep asking God for direction.
How do you hear from God?
The best part about having a pup (or watching 3) is that you’re forced to get outside for walks.
We take three walks (for anywhere from 3-4 miles) a day.
Here’s some photos of our evening walks this week during the golden hour.
