What are you thankful for?
These are some of the things we sometimes take for granted. So before you go bitching about something stupid like not having enough food, someone eating all the pie, mom didn’t make your favorite dish, take a moment and realize how blessed you are and JUST BE THANKFUL.
You’ve been blessed with:
👉🏾Life - Not everyone woke up today. 👀
👉🏾Shelter - Lots of homeless people wishing they had a home. 🏡
👉🏾Good Health - lots are laying on their sick beds in the hospital 😷🤒
👉🏾Clean Water - Some wish they can have just a drop of clean water 🚰💧
👉🏾Friends & Family - some don’t have the privilege of feasting with friends or families.👨👩👦👦 HAVE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

TIP: keeping your knees extended and feet pointed in Plantar flexion it will target the abs much more than the Hip Flexors which are already overactive on most people.
We did Low-High-Low then rotated to light up the Oblique's.
