I freeze any bananas that have gone over ripe as they are great for smoothies as well as adding into porridge. Simply peel the skin with a veggie peeler, chop and add to the porridge whilst slowly cooking, I use almond or coconut milk. Adding the usual sprinkle of cinnamon for that natural sweetness and to balance blood sugars and prevent this mid morning cravings. 😜I also stir in whilst cooking some desiccated coconut then
serve with a sprinkle of my ready made blend of hemp seeds, goji berries, walnuts, sunflower seeds and cacao nibs for added plant protein. 💪Ready for the day ~on your marks, get set, Go! 💪🙌
