Should I take supplementation on rest days?

The days of rest are equal or more important than the days of training so maintaining our supplementation (depending on what) will be essential for optimum regeneration of the body.
The most commonly used supplementation product is protein, in this case we should take it in the morning to recover after hours of sleep in which we do not eat food. Please note: a milkshake does not skip breakfast. It would not be necessary in this case after training but yes, if we temporarily have nutritional deficiencies. We could also take casein before bedtime to avoid catabolism.

bags of brown rice ready as well. I place all of my individual small
Ziploc bags of protein in a large one and do the same with my brown rice bags. In addition, bring with you some Tupperware containers, meal replacement packets (MRPs) and/or ready-to-drink (RTD) shakes. This will
guarantee that you do not miss meals on the day that you are heading to your destination. As far as water, since now you cannot carry those in
the planes, drink as much as you can before the checkpoints and then drink some more during the flight. Everyday, wake up early, get your meals ready in individual bags or tupperware containers and carry them with you in your book bag. For good fats, get some almonds and have a
serving or two of these per day, Drink between 8-16 ounces of water before you get there and then drink an additional 8-16 ounces more while you are eating. This will prevent you from feeling hungry and falling to
temptation. If temptation is strong remember two things:There is nothing
better than being in shape.You control everything that goes into yourmouth. Food does not and should not control you! Always combine a
serving of low fat protein (in the case of fast food restaurants, this is either skinless chicken or turkey) with a small serving of carbs.
Basically, if you stick to the rules I discussed above, no matter where you find yourself at, you won't have a problem finding something to eat.

Should I take supplementation on rest days?

The days of rest are equal or more important than the days of training so maintaining our supplementation (depending on what) will be essential for optimum regeneration of the body.

Designing a Steroid Cycle [Roids]
Androgenic base of the cycle:
Essential part of the cycle, a testosterone base of between 250 and 750 mg.

HMB is an active metabolite of Leucine that reduces muscle protein breakdown. When compared to leucine, HMB appears to be significantly more potent on a gram per gram basis at attenuating the rate of muscle protein breakdown but is less effective than leucine at inducing muscle protein synthesis. Due to this, HMB is marketed as an anti-catabolic agent (purposed to reduce the rate of muscle breakdown) rather than an anabolic agent (purposed to increase muscle mass). Human trials don't normally tend to be structured to properly assess the effects of HMB, as most of the studies are a standard diet paired with an exercise regimen investigating the role of HMB in promoting muscle protein synthesis (of which it is similar to leucine in the sense that there are positive results, but quite unreliably so); the limited evidence that assesses HMB during periods of muscle loss are either underpowered or not in athletes.

Both Tabata and HIIT focus on short periods of high intensity work combined with periods of rest or recovery. The main difference between HIIT and Tabata is the rest period between the work series.
Tabata originated from a 1996 study published in the journal Medicine & Science in Sports Exercise. Professor Izumi Tabata conducted the study with high level athletes. Specialized cycle ergometers were used and 170% of VO2max was used. In contrast the control group of that study was exercised at a stable level, to 70% of VO2max.
In the study it was found that in intense four-minute workouts performed five times a week for six weeks, the VO2 mx and anaerobic energy delivery system were improved. In Tabata we only work for four minutes: eight cycles of 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds of recovery. Today, the Tabata method is used in workouts that last more than four minutes, so they are actually adaptations of the original Tabata and are considered HIIT workouts.
Tabata seeks to take you to the limit of the maximum percentage of your heart rate.
