Desde q me hice vegetariana he visto muchos cambios en mi cuerpo. Doy las gracias por aver hecho esta transición en mi cuerpo. De verdad a sido algo que me ha ayudado. Una de las cosas que más me ha cambiado es el cutis, antes tenía mucho acné pero ahora se me ha aclarado la cara bastante. Pretty much anyone that knows me or crosses paths with me knows that I want to eventually move to Ireland and have a little house out in the cottage with two sheep and cats of course😻!! But until then my most obtainable dream is to move to somewhere with similar weather so I can adjust and I’ve decided I’m moving to Oregon!!!!❤️❤️ I have this vision of running my business from home and being able to live in the mountains of Oregon where there’s HUGE trees 🌲🌲 and the leaves are all different colors in the fall! Ahhh I get so excited just thinking of this move 😊😊. I want to run my business full time and be able to spend more of my free time exploring and practicing yoga outside! I’m so fricken stoked for this adventure!! ✌🏻🌸🌸

Our bodies need good fats. AVOID: Processed fats like whipped cream, fake butter, shortening, foods cooked in vegetable or canola oils, chicken nuggets, chips, any restaurant fried foods, soy oil, cotton seed oil, corn oil, sunflower seed oil, safflower oil, refined palm oil, refined grape seed oil etc.
EAT: Nuts like: Walnuts, Pecans, Almonds, macadamia, chestnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, etc. Seeds like: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds.
