วันนี้ 7.10 กิโล หอบแฮ่กเหมือนกัน แต่ดีใจที่วิ่งได้ตามเป้า 😅

อุปสรรคหนึ่งของคนเริ่มวิ่งแรกๆอย่างหวาย คือ ตัวเองนี่แหละ ตัวเองเป็นอุปสรรคใหญ่มากกกกกก เริ่มจาก 
1. ขี้เกียจ : คือ คนวิ่งแรกๆมันไม่ได้ติดไง (นี่วิ่งมาเป็นเดือน ก็ไม่ติด ขี้เกียจตลอด 5555) นาทีที่ต้องดีดตัวไปวิ่ง มันคือ ทรมานนะ ใจมันจะชอบผลัดว่า ‘พรุ่งนี้นี้เหอะแกรร์ ชีวิตยังมีพุ่งเน้เสมอ’ ตลอด 5555 
นี่เป็นด่านแรกๆเลย ที่ต้องเอาชนะ แถมชนะได้ ก็ยังไม่จบนะ 555 
2. ระยะเหนื่อย : สมัยวิ่งแรกๆ ระยะเหนื่อยหอบหวาย คือ 300 เมตรแรก 5555 หัวใจจะเต้นไวมากกกก ไม่อยากหยุดก็ต้องหยุด เพราะเดี๋ยวหัวใจจะวายเอา 5555 
แต่พอวิ่งมาสักพัก หัวใจเริ่มแข็งแรงขึ้น ระยะเหนื่อยจะขยับออกไปเรื่อยๆ เมื่อก่อน ระยะเหนื่อยหวายอยู่ที่ 2-3 โล คือ จะเริ่มรู้สึกว่าไม่ไหว อยากหยุด ก็ฝืนบ้าง ไม่ฝืนบ้าง บางครั้งก็เดิน แต่ตอนนี้ระยะเหนื่อยจะมาหลัง 5 กิโล คือ สมองจะอุปทานว่า ‘แกร์ เลาเหนื่อย เดินเหอะ’ ‘แกรรร์ เดินมะ เดี๋ยวจุก’ ‘แกรรรร์ เหมือนเข่าเลาจะเจ็บๆ’ 
ความคิดแบบนี้มาตลอดที่เข้ากิโลที่ 5 🤣🤣🤣 คือ ร่างกายมันพอไหวนะ ฮาร์ตเรตค่อนข้างคงที่ ไม่หอบ ไม่ปวดขา แต่มันเลยระยะที่เคยวิ่ง ปกติวิ่งเกินระยะนี้คือจะได้พักแล้ว แต่นี่ไม่ได้พักไง สมองเลยเรียกร้องการพัก ... แต่ถ้าพัก ก็จะรู้สึกผิด ว่า เห้ย นี่ไม่มีอะไรพัฒนาเลยเหรอวะ 5555 เอะอะหยุดตลอด 5555 
หลังๆเลยแก้ปัญหาโดย จะวิ่งต่อจากระยะที่วิ่งล่าสุดไป 200 เมตร ทีนี้ถ้าอยากหยุดจะหยุด แต่ถ้าหยุดเดินสัก 100 เมตรแล้วไหว ก็จะวิ่งต่อจนถึงเป้าที่ตั้งของวันนั้น เออ มันก็ช่วยได้นะ คือ ก็พัฒนาขึ้นทุกวันแหล่ะ (แต่น้อย 5555) แล้วก็ไม่ค่อยรู้สึกแบบ ‘ชั้นฝืนอ่ะ’ ด้วย หลังๆมาหวายเลยใช้วิธีนี้ ซึ่งวันนี้ก็วิ่งต่อเนื่องได้ 5.75 กิโล หยุดเดิน 100 เมตร แล้ววิ่งต่อจน 7.10 กิโล

I am extremely confident that the simple ways we take care of ourselves trickle into our psyche. The methods of taking care of ourselves and our mental health will change throughout the different phases of our lives. But one thing that should remain consistent is good nutrition and some type of physical activity. 
When I became a mom back in 2011, fitness was my savior. It gave me a sense of empowerment and freedom. It was something I could identify myself with outside of my home. The gym became my little place away from home where I felt like a human. My passion became so strong that I NEEDED to share it. I blogged, I attained certifications to help others, I started a "fitness page" on Instagram, bla bla bla. And as the years went by, "fitness & wellness" became something very different. 
It became a stage to show off how "beast" you can be. How limiting you can be with your nutrition and food intake without complaining. How many friends you can lose because you are just THAT FOCUSED. How many sacrifices you can make to be the leanest person on your social media feed. 
My goal is to end this trend - create a "Change in the Well"ness industry, if you will. 😜 
I want to take it back to the love of feeling good, and genuinely wanting others to know how amazing they can feel with proper nutrition and good old fashioned endorphins. 
I don't want to inspire anyone to have a bigger booty, a smaller waist, or less body fat. I want to inspire you to have a bigger heart, a smaller capacity for self-doubt, and less to stress over. 
To lessen anxiety and improve mindfulness. To workout when it feels good, cuz it can feel really good. But don't when it doesn't. To eat for good health, but to drink the wine, and bake the damn cookies. To count your blessings more often than your calories. 
Good health doesn't have to be all or nothing. In fact, if we want overall health and balance, we must find that perfect place in between.

How do you diagnose human intestinal parasites?

Human intestinal parasites are diagnosed through a number of ways including a stool sample, endoscopy or colonoscopy, blood tests and imaging tests such as an MRI, states the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.The type of test that is used depends on the patient's symptoms. 
A stool test is done when a patient has intestinal cramping, diarrhea or gas, explains the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. 
The samples are usually collected over several days then examined for the presence of eggs or parasites.  Endoscopy or colonoscopy is used when a stool sample doesn't offer a diagnosis. In this case, a tube with a camera is placed in the intestines for a close look.

Some intestinal parasites are diagnosed through a blood test, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. These tests look for signs of parasitic infection in the blood. There are two main types of blood tests. A serology test looks for antibodies or antigens to diagnose a parasite. A blood smear looks for signs of parasites in the blood. If there are parasites that are causing lesions on the organs of the body, an X-ray, magnetic resonance imaging scan or computerized axial tomography scan may be used to positively diagnose that parasites are present.
