1/2 frozen banana 
1/4 large roasted then cooled sweet potato 
cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, & cloves (i don’t measure, i just shake it all up in there)
1 tbsp flax meal 
1 scoop @nuzest_usa vanilla protein (“sweaty” for a discount! swear by this stuff)
enough almond milk to blend

SO GOOD!

To make blend together: 1/2 packed cup purple sweet potato (roasted then cooled) + 1 carrot (chopped) + 1/2 cup cauliflower (steamed then frozen) + 1 cup almond milk + 1 tablespoon peanut butter + 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon + 1/4 teaspoon cardamom. Topped with @coyo_is_coconuts coconut yogurt, hemp hearts, and @georgiagrinders peanut butter.

(Also her IG is 💥). Also it’s s beautiful, brisk, blue 💙sky day here and I felt like celebrating the morning. In my smoothie today: 1 avocado🥑, 1 cup home made cashew milk 🥛, 1 scoop @sproutliving chocolate 🍫maca protein powder, 1/2 cup fresh Raspberries, 1 tangerine and juice of 1 orange🍊, 1 tsp @rootandbones chaga 🍄, 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower ✨✨✨, 1 pitted date, 1 tbs chia seeds blended until smooth and then topped with fresh raspberries, golden berries, shredded coconut🥥, pomegranate seeds and @squareorganics chocolate 🍫 covered protein bar. Granola de chocolate😍😍😍 || Tienen que probarla, es una delicia!! No hay nada como la granola casera y calientita recien salida del horno🙌 Para hacerla necesitan:
🍫1 tza de avena @somosbio
🍫1/2 tza de pecanaa cortadas
🍫1/2 tza de nueces cortadas
🍫 4 cds de chocolate dark @qumachocolate
🍫 1/4 cdta de sal de maras
🍫2 cds de aceite de coco derretido
🍫 1/4 tza de miel de agave/abejas
🍫 4 cdts de esencia de vainilla
🍫 1/2 tza se tahini
•
1. Calienta el horno a 150°C 
2.  En un bowl, mezcla la avena, nueces, pecanas y sal de maras.
3. En otro bowl, combina el resto de ingredientes. Luego, añádelo a la mezcla anterior y mezclalo bien.
4. Colocalo en una bandeja con papel manteca y espárcelo hasta que quede plano.
5. Al horno!! 🙌 Luego de 15 - 17 min aprox retiralo y dejalo reposar. Cuando este completamente frío rómpelo en pedacitos.

This Teriyaki Almond Crusted Salmon is just what you need tonight. Baked almond crust that is buttery & crispy all at the same time. This is gluten-free and can be paleo too (sub butter for coconut oil)!
1/4 cup almond meal
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
1 tsp coconut aminos
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp garlic chopped 
1/4 tsp smoked paprika 
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Set oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Lay parchment paper down in a baking pan and pour in olive oil. Place two pieces of salmon skin facing down. Place the mixture of ingredients from the bowl on top of the salmon. Bake for 20 minutes with the last 2-3 on broil (or until crust is golden).
Serve with fresh squeezed lime.

Would you believe this frittata is made in the SLOW COOKER?? It is, and it's so easy! I love this recipe because once you get it cooking in your crockpot it's completely hands-off. Which means it's perfect for a holiday brunch! This one's inspired by a Denver omelet, with ham, cheese, bell pepper and onion. But you can customize it how you like it... I've tried potatoes in place of the ham and it was delish! ⠀

happy saturday!! I’ve eaten a lot of things during this pregnancy that I haven’t had in YEARS - bagels, cheese, and the latest - cereal! At first, I tried to resist the cravings, but that was ridiculous 🤣 enjoy eating food, read nutrition labels but don’t let dietary labels restrict you especially when your body is asking for something, give yourself grace and eat the damn cereal.
PS this cereal was AMAZING and will probably be staying in my life post-pregnancy 🤗 @onedegreeorganics honey O’s + @ripplefoods unsweetened pea milk

Re sharing my cookie dough choc chip cookies Becos I had too make more 🙊 🍪 My mum actually thought they were muffins because they were so fluffy 🤣😍 These are packed with chocolate chips, almond flour + lots of other goodies! I’m trying too teach myself that food is just food + that all foods are “real” “clean” “ acceptable” foods. Healthy too me is having a mixture of everything in my diet, I’ve learnt along my journey that balance is so important too our mental health too, restriction is so miserable, isolating + unfair. 2 chocolatey Foods I’ve loved lately @squareorganics and @hersheycompany. The kisses are huge and they also have nuts in them. Mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act in addition to how we handle stress and make decisions. Today I encourage you to ask yourself: Am I happy? Is what I’m feeling normal? If the answer to either of those questions is no, I encourage you to seek help. 1. Banana pancakes - super simple and delish 
2. Adding berries - strawberries are a good option to add volume to your meal, whereas the blueberries are slightly higher in calories because of their sugar content 
3. Adding a sauce - here I added a sauce made from agave syrup and cocoa powder... you could sub this for a sugar free syrup if your goals require less calories 
4. The extras - to top it off I threw on some coconut flakes and chia seeds! Any seeds are a good option if you're looking to bulk up a meal with more calories and fats.
