Spending the Hump Day after work by heading out to Andersonville for its Farmers Market where we got to taste the sweetest corn ever (and eaten raw at that!) then craving for the Persian bread with radish, onion, parsley & feta cheese, the must-have lentil soup and, of course, beef kabobs over dill rice at Reza's (after snagging a table by the sidewalk). We just had to go inside Candyality and be like....kids in a candy store! What do you expect? You are inside a candy store! And what surprising finds we saw other than Chuck getting a couple of packages of Sugar Babies that brought back childhood memories for him. Who knew that they carry truffles named after Chicago celebs. While I amusingly spotted a magnetic toy...hopefully I don't have to engage anyone on that.
"Life is more than just passing through to get to a better place; even though that will be the end result, we have to believe that life is much more, and that the reason we were put on the earth is not to do time or to buy time but accomplish something with the time we have been given. We have to arrive at a place in our lives where we are convinced beyond the shadow of a doubt that we have been created on purpose for purpose!"
