People always ask me how I manage to get meal prep done. . I'm often wondering how people DON'T?!
I literally would not have time to eat during the week otherwise 🙅🏼.
And as I am running errands, wrangling kids, and setting up a garage sale. . I MUST have something filling & nutritious to grab & go!

I made this curry the other night and it was 💯. My boyfriend watched me make it and gave me MAJORRRR side eye when he saw I was adding cauliflower along with chicken, onion, & peas but GUESS WHAT, once he tried it he said "oh that's rly good, the cauliflower doesn't even rly taste like anything". Hah so jokes on him bc I just loaded him up with nutrients such as vitamins C, K, and B and he couldn't even complain😎. I've been exploring with adding more veggies into my meals, and one way I like to do this is just buy a ton of veggies at the store and then when I am making a meal I look in my fridge and find whatever veggie I can sneak into it. #eattogrow#eattolive
