Firstly, I'm not " jacked" by any means. Quite possibly the 2 biggest struggles in my life are maintaining a proper diet and getting enough sleep! I often work 4-6 days a week for 13-4 hours. And if you can imagine that life style, then you know that getting your " macros in" simply does not happen!
Also, I fucking hate cooking! I have yet to cook a single meal in 2017!
For that reason, I am so lucky I found my friend @philperezofficial and @nickmcnaught 's amazing company! It's called @fuelfoods . And it changed my life! The best way I can describe it is ...imagine waking up after a later night, you're groggy and hungry , plus you're sore from the gym...and fuck I hate to get my calories in ASAP!
No problem, just open the fridge -pick a meal and in about 5 minutes you've got a delicious( actually super yummy meal) . You eat it in another 5 and done! Get on with living and not stressing about food! I probably have a long way to go before I can respectfully post shirtless photos of myself. But I can squeeze in about 2500 calories fuel food meals and another 1000 from just eating out. Yup, I try to aim for 3000-3500.

1/2 c Sunflower seed butter
1 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp raw Honey
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 c Almond flour
1/2 c Cashew meal, can sub almond meal
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
a few tsps of your favorite Jam/Jelly/Preserves/Fruit spread (optional)
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
2.) Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl until well incorporated
3.) Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add the wet ingredients
4.) Place batter in the fridge for a half hour
Scoop 1/2 tbsp sized cookies and place on the cookie sheet 2 inches apart
Press down with a fork twice in opposing directions for traditional cookies (grease the fork if it sticks to the dough)
5.) Use a small spoon or your thumb to press a divot into the dough and spread the cookies a bit for the thumbprints
6.) Bake for 7 minutes or until the edges just start to brown
7.) Let cool fully on the cookie sheet
Add a tsp of your jam of choice into the divots on your thumbprints

It's a perfect, warm day for these DIY #natural Kiwi Coconut Chia Pops!
1 3/4 cups canned coconut milk
3/4 cup soy milk (or any milk alternative)
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 Tbsp agave syrup, or more to your liking
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1.) Stir together coconut milk, soy milk, chia seeds, and agave syrup. If desired, add additional sweetened to taste.
2.) Place sliced kiwis in popsicle molds. Use chopsticks or the back of a spoon to press kiwi to the sides of the mold.
3.) Gently pour liquid mixture into popsicle molds. Insert wooden popsicle sicks. 4.) Freeze for at least 4 hours until popsicles are solid.
