1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
1 banana, peeled
1 cup mango chunks
1 cup frozen carrots
1 cup coconut water
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp fresh ginger

"On Sunday I got back from a 2 day conference in Austin, Texas, and I was fighting what was becoming a cold.
Throughout this trip, I was in a constant battle with alternating extreme temperatures.
A/C blasting in the plane, then suffocating heat outside (have you ever BEEN to texas?!!).
A/C blasting in the hotel , then dying from heat in the car.
A/C blasting in the restaurant, then heat slapping me in the parking lot.
To compound this problem, Texas is known for it's food, and I LOVE food (but you should know that). So while smoked BBQ restaurants and taco food-trucks were too tempting to pass up, they weren't helping my situation.
Ultimately, the entire time there I found it difficult to eat healthy and the fact that I was run-down from travelling AND playing hop scotch with my body temperature was making matters worse. It got me thinking about what this whole experience was doing to my immune system. After a day there I started longing for the healthy food waiting for me at home, until I realized that I had cancelled my food delivery for this weekend, knowing I would be away.
Then it dawned on me - I still had my juice order coming.
Even though I cancelled my food, I had forgotten to cancel my juices, and it made me happy to be forgetful (sometimes it pays off!). They were just sitting in my fridge, cold and delicious and ready to bring me back from the edge of a man-cold (it's a real thing!). I've never been so happy to forget something, but coming home to a six-pack of our OCP (organic cold-pressed) juices was like waking up on a Monday and remembering it's a long weekend.

1/2 c Sunflower seed butter
1 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp raw Honey
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 c Almond flour
1/2 c Cashew meal, can sub almond meal
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
a few tsps of your favorite Jam/Jelly/Preserves/Fruit spread (optional)
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
2.) Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl until well incorporated
3.) Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add the wet ingredients
4.) Place batter in the fridge for a half hour
Scoop 1/2 tbsp sized cookies and place on the cookie sheet 2 inches apart
Press down with a fork twice in opposing directions for traditional cookies (grease the fork if it sticks to the dough)
5.) Use a small spoon or your thumb to press a divot into the dough and spread the cookies a bit for the thumbprints
6.) Bake for 7 minutes or until the edges just start to brown
7.) Let cool fully on the cookie sheet
Add a tsp of your jam of choice into the divots on your thumbprints

It's a perfect, warm day for these DIY #natural Kiwi Coconut Chia Pops!
1 3/4 cups canned coconut milk
3/4 cup soy milk (or any milk alternative)
1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 Tbsp agave syrup, or more to your liking
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1.) Stir together coconut milk, soy milk, chia seeds, and agave syrup. If desired, add additional sweetened to taste.
2.) Place sliced kiwis in popsicle molds. Use chopsticks or the back of a spoon to press kiwi to the sides of the mold.
3.) Gently pour liquid mixture into popsicle molds. Insert wooden popsicle sicks. 4.) Freeze for at least 4 hours until popsicles are solid.
