I’ve been feeling off center and anxious the last few days with a lot of tension around my neck. Anyone else? 🙋🏻 I’m finding it difficult to focus and my energy levels are all over the place. It might be in part to do with all the big changes coming our way. I’m not usually so openly woo woo (only secretly 😜), but I believe that everything is connected and when I read this the other day, it made sense:
The June Super New Moon 🌕 falls on June 24th (in two days) and is closely linked to the May 25th Super New Moon. Having two Super New Moons back to back indicates amazing change, transformation and new beginnings. (Yup!) It is likely between May and June that your life may have taken on a different feel or tone energetically (uh huh!) The June Solstice (yay, summer!) also falls just days before the Super New Moon. This combination of Solar ☀️ and Lunar 🌕 energy is going to amplify the feeling of new beginnings and will be encouraging us to tackle life a little differently.
The one thing to be mindful of under June’s New Moon, is getting too caught up in overthinking or over analyzing things. When we get caught up in the thoughts of our mind it can easily lead to feelings of stress and anxiety (ummmm...) Well, there you have it guys! I’m taking it easy and going with the flow for the rest of the month. 😌🙌🏻 Wish me luck!.
A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving. Lao Tzu taught that all straining, all striving are not only vain but counterproductive. One should endeavor to do nothing (wu-wei). But what does this mean? It means not to literally do nothing, but to discern and follow the natural forces—to follow and shape the flow of events and not to pit oneself against the natural order of things. First and foremost to be spontaneous in ones actions.

I 💜 VB. I forget how much I miss it. So I'm happy to reunite and chat it up for a bit. And I know that 'no matter the weather bring your own sunshine.' Well damn. I forgot to pack it today. Maybe because I'm tired. I'd say I had the worst night sleep ever. But seems I would need to have slept at some point in order to claim that statement. And I didn't. Ain't gonna lie. Not a bit of sunshine in my heart and soul today. So I am so grateful that Mother Nature brought it. She's got my back👌 😘
Virginia Beach - I'm trusting you with the last 36hrs of my vacation. Don't let me down! just kidding... no pressure😉 No expectations (#1 life rule). If there is one thing I've learned and continue to get schooled. Is that expectation is the root of all heartache. It takes a lot to dissapoint someone with little to non-existent expectations. So when it does happen and I feel that awful twinge in my heart. I have to pause and honor the moment. Kind of like a subtle shoutout. Kudos. 👏 I'm actually impressed that it can be done. And then I want to laugh at myself for even expecting the lowest setting on the bar. Some folks are really fucking good at limbo. I never have been.

Have you just started Lipsense and your lips are super dry and exfoliating? Don't worry that's totally normal! I went through the same process. Our lips exfoliate naturally, but wax dries them out so the initial switch is the worst. This process can last 0-8 weeks and varies per person. I was on the 8 week end of it. Bow my lips exfoliate naturally every 1.5 weeks, which they never did before.
