These past 24 hours have been an emotional roller coaster😔My grandma was admitted to the hospital on Thursday and it has been a whirlwind ever since😓So today’s workout is dedicated to her❤️ That is why my workouts are more then just exercise to me.They are my lifeline, stress reliever, and sanity keeper right now❤️and I am blessed to have a working heart, lungs, and limbs that are able to do them!
