Tommy's been very fussy with his meals lately but dinner last night was surprisingly a hit with broccoli front and center. He kept requesting more! The broccoli was just sautéed w a little grass fed butter and a pinch of sea salt. Gluten free angel hair, organic grapes, @kerrygoldusa cheese, and egg salad w a little Melba toast. Hoping the good times keep up. 😬#dinnerisserved#toddlerfood#pickyeater

FAB FIND: GRASSFED SHEEP MILK YOGURT 🐑 .
Is it me, or do the product offerings for those with food sensitivities keep getting better and better? 😍🤗👍🏼 As some of you may know, cow milk 🐮 and I don't get along super well. 😔 As such, even though I don't consume a lot of dairy in general, when I do, I gravitate towards sheep 🐑 , goat 🐐, and buffalo milk options. .
While I have found some great non-cow milk products over the past few years (and have posted about some of them 💻), it is only recently that I have found 🌿pasturefed🌿 non-cow milk options. 😍🤗💕 Thanks to HOPE Eco-Farms, it is now possible to enjoy grassfed sheep milk yogurt, as well as grassfed water buffalo milk kefir, in Ottawa. 😁🙌🏻
Why am I so happy to have found pasturefed dairy products? 🤔💭 One of the main reasons is that the omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acid ratio of grassfed milk is significantly better than that of non-grassfed milk. Grassfed dairy milk has up to 300% more heart-healthy omega-3 than its grain fed brethren. 😮 Dairy from animals raised on pasture have also been shown to contain over 5x more CLA than their conventionally raised counterparts. This is quite delightful since CLA has been shown to support healthy weight, cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis, diabetes, insulin resistance, inflammation, and some types of cancer. 👌🏼
If the health benefits weren't enough to sway me, the flavour alone would have made HOPE Eco-Farms sheep milk yogurt my new favourite. As I was eating it, I actually found myself thinking this could replace ice cream in my world. 😮 Add a tiny drizzle of maple syrup and it was just that good: rich, creamy, decadent, and all the better for knowing how many wonderful health benefits it was delivering along with its decadent flavour. Calcium, probiotics, CLA, and more... Oh my. 😋😁👌🏼
⭐️SWIPE TO SEE ALL 3 PHOTOS⭐️. This Lemon 9% Triple Cream Yogurt from @siggisdairy is truly divine🍋😍. Imagine a super thick, rich, ultra-creamy grass-fed yogurt (no tang, which is always a selling point for me✅), infused with a hint of lemon flavor & aroma (REAL lemons, folks - nothing artificial here) - it tastes like a decadent Lemon Cream dessert filling, yet it's low in sugar, moderate in protein & packed with probiotics. I rate this Lemon 9% Triple Cream yogurt a perfect 10/10 - it totally exceeded my expectations, and I actually like it even more than the Vanilla flavor from this 9% line (scroll back for that review). If you're expecting to be punched in the tastebuds with lemon, you'll be disappointed; but if you enjoy that lemon-cream flavor fusion, where the sweet cream dominates, then definitely check out this nourishing balanced indulgence @siggisdairy offering. Please stay tuned for more food reviews! Thanks for reading & for your support🙌🏻.

The Desert Mist Diffuser functions as a humidifier, atomizer, and aroma diffuser in one simple to use product. It uses ultrasonic frequency technology to generate waves at 1.7 million per second, breaking down essential oils and water into millions of microparticles, dispersing them into the air, and releasing the oils’ unique constituents.
It also has multiple settings, it will diffuse continuously for 5–6 hours on High mode, 8 hours on Low mode, and 10 hours on Intermittent mode.
There are 11 individual light settings, including a candle-like flicker mode.
The diffused molecules cover approximately 323 square feet.
There will potentially be additional diffuser covers in the future!
The plastic used for the Desert Mist Diffuser is polypropylene. Polypropylene was specifically chosen because it is safe to use with essential oils.
The diffuser is BPA free and has no Phalates.
This diffuser is now back in stock!

I try and eat organ meats a few days a week as they are the most nutrient dense part of the animal and have been traditionally prized for their nutrient rich qualities.
So many people are obsessed with chicken breast and believe it to be the best, healthiest way to eat meat but it is relatively nutrient poor and too much protein eaten in this form can lead to inflammation. That's why it's important to eat nose to tail if you you do eat animal produce, as your body receives the complete nutrient profile needed for your own cells requirements for growth and repair.
I also feel it's somewhat disrespectful to the animal to only eat a small part of it because at the end of the day eating meat requires the slaughtering of animals, so if you do choose to eat meat then I feel like we need to respect the lives of the animals by using all of it.
Organ meats are essential if you are on a gut healing protocol as they contain pretty much all the necessary nutrients needed for your gut to regenerate. You just to find clever ways of eating them so you don't get grossed out!
Offal is also a great incorporation for postpartum mums as it will help to rebuild your body and brain.
