Yeah yeah, tourist beads etc. I've always been a bit of an anxious fidgeter and when I discovered that Greece's culture has made a place for these worry beads (komboloi) I knew I'd be coming home with several strings. These black onyx ones are my favourite, they make a satisfying clicking noise when it's okay for that sort of thing and feel really smooth and warm to the touch. Much more tactile and aesthetically pleasing than fidget cubes. I carry them a lot.
Tonight I've been working on healthy Greek mezze dishes as requested by many of you. Class details coming soon (Bournemouth area), comment below if you want to be the first to know about this class. It'll be a class where you make lots of healthy versions of different Greek mezzes dishes and then all eat them together. I'm really excited about this, a few recipes already complete and others just need a bit more perfecting!! 🍆🍅🥒 #greek#mezze#healthy#delicious#cookingclass#foodforthought#bournemouth#westbourne
