If your a veggie @hannah.mcm and struggle to hit protein try this out. You can add fruit, nuts, but butter, cereal, choc chips or whatever you fancy on top. Very macro friendly and takes less then 5 mins to make 💪

Every bite has delicious chunks of chocolate cookies, plus we use milk, cream, and greek yogurt for an ultra-creamy, pudding-like texture. 😎 Happy Summer everyone, and stay cool out there! If you're craving Mexican, this is such a great healthier alternative:
Spinach Taco Salad🌮🥗 -1 onion (chopped)
-3 cloves garlic (minced)
-Olive oil -1 lb. lean ground beef
-Low sodium taco seasoning -Raw baby spinach
-1 big spoonful Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
-1/2 Avocado (chopped)
-Your favorite salsa
-Tortilla chips crushed (optional)
1. Sautée chopped onions and garlic in large skillet with olive oil until mostly cooked.
2. Add lean ground beef and mix well to brown evenly.
3. Drain any excess liquid. Add taco seasoning to taste.
4. Build your taco salad!!
I might only have two more days left to eat yogurt before i get put on an elimination diet😧...i dont know what im gonna do lol.
