Morning workout killed on #motivationmonday in this last week of June😜 Did a 3 mile run and some abs workout for abs day and I'm so glad I woke up so pumped for the gym today, even though I snoozed a couple times and went to the gym late😂 Guess it's the weather!
Post workout breakfast was a green smoothie with half a banana, spinach, protein powder, frozen cauliflower rice, @zicococonut water, frozen pineapple, @furtherfood collagen (HEALTHYLIFE10 for discount), and chia seeds 💚 The texture though😍
Do you guys love thick or watery smoothies for the summer? I also had half a banana pre workout an hour before, but do you guys find it better to not eat before a workout?

This is why I will always be a part of this amazing community. Even though we have never met, we support each other and our families through the good and bad times. It's people like them I chose to surround myself with each and every day. Together we bring positivity to a whole new level!
The last two months I've had the opportunity to have extra support by working out everyday with my friends and co-workers. Now that we are off for the summer, our consistent lunch workouts are no longer. So in order to keep all of us consistent, I am creating a private Facebook group opened to anyone who needs that extra accountability, support, shoulder to cry on.
We will motivate one another to workout daily, snap photos of our foods and reach our goals together.
You do not have to drink shakeology (although I will be and of course you most certainly can), you do not have to be doing a Beachbody workout unless you choose. My goal is to help support anyone and everyone that needs that little extra motivation.
Your commitment... 🏋🏻♀️Exercising for 30 minutes a day😝 (At-home workout, gym, long walk on the beach, swimming laps in the pool, etc) 🍉Eating the right foods😜 (4 proteins, 3 veggies, 2 good carbs, 1 healthy fat and some nuts!) Took a jog down to the bridge. I love being by the water. In a couple weeks it'll be the ocean!!!😍🌊 This morning I'm thankful for a few clouds, a breeze, low humidity, Greens energy boost, and two miles of peace.✌️
