I’m trying to simplify.
I believe the key to simplicity is through connection. Real, authentic, undivided connection. Our lives are so filled with noise—phones, gossip, advertisements—and we have lost our ability to focus. And if we can’t focus, we can’t connect. When I wake up in the morning, almost always the first thing I do is check my phone. Why? Mornings should be about connecting with our deepest intention to inspire the rest of our day. And that inspiration is our fuel to live our best life. We crave coffee but what we need is inspiration.
Take a breath. Root in your values. Simplicity comes when we can prioritize the important things in our life. It allows for the strongest connection to ourselves, our loved ones, and the world.
Join me in a challenge to wake up with intention. No phones until the intention is set.
Ironic post because my tank top says "it's not about how you look. It's about how you see" 👓
I put in my lapiz lazuli antique earrings I found in #greystones#ireland this summer, looked in the mirror and went, "aww yeah 🤘 I like my look today, I feel good!", hence making me feel happy and good about myself 😁
For me, it's about feeling good about who I am, supporting myself, feeling happy and doing things that make me happy. Looking in the mirror and smiling at myself and then doing a goofy little cheer or dance is who I am. And that's how I like it 😊 That's how I get #happy 💛❤️ Sidenote: Pharell's "Happy" just popped in my head hehehe. C'mon get haaappppppppyyyyyyy 💃🕺
