What is your favourite exercise for BICEPS?
My new favourite has to be the Arnold curls using this pre made straight bar or with DB's! When performing this exercise do your best to keep the reps smooth from top to bottom, relax your shoulders and drive your elbows into the attachment and focus on the contraction of your biceps. Leave the ego at the door this is only 80lbs but by squeezing throughout the entire ROM you can make it very hard.

A few nights ago after 12L of water and a full day of eating.
As of late I'm hitting about 400c/185p/100f.
My keys to maintaining lower bf while building size have been as follows:
1. Keep metabolism high by staying active. My go to is walking in the morning after having a light, simple snack like fruit or a bowl of cereal.
2. Drink tons of water. Staying saturated with water helps flush toxins out of your fat stores increasing your bodies natural ability to burn fat.
3. DON'T OVER EAT. People tip the scales too far when it comes to cutting and bulking. You need some fat to help build muscle but too much can raise estrogen. If you're gaining at a consistent rate and your strength parallels that weight gain, don't change a thing.
